内蒙古大青山国家级自然保护区土壤细菌群落研究

内蒙古大青山国家级自然保护区土壤细菌群落研究
Soil Bacterial Communities in Daqingshan National Nature Reserve of Inner Mongolia
选取内蒙古大青山国家级自然保护区6种典型生境开展夏秋两季野外调查,利用高通量测序提取土壤细菌,通过α多样性分析、NMDS分析、RDA分析等探究土壤细菌的群落多样性、分布格局及与土壤环境因子的相关性。结果表明:(1)测序共获得土壤细菌OTU 38 856个,放线菌门、变形菌门、酸杆菌门为优势物种,占比71.26%,常见物种共7个,占比25.56%;(2)土壤细菌的多样性和均匀性随着海拔的升高呈先增加后降低的趋势,土壤细菌群落结构存在显著差异(P<0.05);(3)土壤有机碳、速效磷、速效钾和土壤含粉量是影响研究区土壤细菌群落分布的关键环境因子。通过分析大青山国家级自然保护区土壤细菌群落组成情况,为干旱半干旱区山地森林土壤生态系统服务功能评价提供参考。
Field surveys were conducted in six typical habitats of the Daqingshan National Nature Reserve, Inner Mongolia during summer and autumn. High-throughput sequencing was adopted to extract soil bacteria, and α-diversity analysis, NMDS analysis, and RDA analysis were applied to explore the community diversity, distribution pattern of soil bacteria, and the correlation with soil environmental factors. The results show that a total of 38,856 soil bacterial OTUs are obtained. Specifically, Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, and Acidobacteria are the dominant species, accounting for 71.26% of the total, while there are seven common species, making up 25.56%. Additionally, the diversity and evenness of soil bacteria first increase and then decrease with the rising altitude (P<0.05), with significant differences in the soil bacterial community structure. Soil organic carbon, available phosphorus, available potassium, and soil silt content are the key environmental factors affecting the distribution of soil bacterial communities in the study area. By analyzing the composition of soil bacterial communities in the Daqingshan National Nature Reserve, this paper provides references for the evaluation of soil ecosystem service functions in mountain forests of arid and semi-arid regions.
