成都都市圈经济增长、社会发展与生态环境耦合协调及影响因素分析

成都都市圈经济增长、社会发展与生态环境耦合协调及影响因素分析
Analysis of Coupling Coordination and Influencing Factors Between Economic Growth, Social Development and Ecological Environment in Chengdu Metropolitan Area
以成都都市圈作为研究区域,构建2011—2021年经济增长、社会发展与生态环境综合评价指标体系,采用熵权-TOPSIS模型测度经济增长、社会发展和生态环境综合发展水平,利用耦合协调度模型分析耦合协调的总体情况以及不同城市耦合协调的变化趋势,基于障碍度模型探讨影响其耦合协调发展的主要障碍因素。结果表明:(1)经济增长、社会发展、生态环境综合发展水平总体呈上升趋势。但在经济增长不平衡、社会发展不同领域投入差距、生态环境水平等方面,成都市明显高于其他城市;(2)成都都市圈耦合协调度呈逐年上升趋势,耦合协调类别从濒临失调到良好协调,但与实现优质协调还有差距,成都市与其他城市耦合协调度的差距不断缩小并被逐步超越;(3)第二产业占GDP比重、人均城市道路面积、人均公园绿地面积等是影响耦合协调发展的主要障碍因素。城市间自身规模、行政规划、发展目标等所处阶段不同及其差异,容易产生“虹吸效应”“马太效应”,也会存在资源堆积和高度重合的问题,不利于城市间有效合作和协同发展,阻碍成都都市圈一体化进程。
By taking Chengdu Metropolitan Area as the research area, this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for economic growth, social development, and ecological environment during the period from 2011 to 2021. The entropy weight-TOPSIS model was adopted to measure the comprehensive development levels of economic growth, social development, and ecological environment, with the coupling coordination degree model utilized to analyze the overall coupling coordination and variation trends of coupling coordination of different cities. Meanwhile, based on the obstacle degree model, the main factors influencing the coupling coordination development were explored. The results show that the comprehensive development levels of economic growth, social development, and ecological environment generally show an upward trend. However, the extent of unbalanced economic growth, investment gaps in different fields of social development, and the ecological environment quality of Chengdu are significantly higher than other cities. The coupling coordination degree of the Chengdu Metropolitan Area presents a trend of increasing year by year, with the coupling coordination category evolving from “near-imbalance state” to “sound coordination”, but there is still a gap for achieving “high-quality coordination”. The gap in the coupling coordination degree between Chengdu and other cities is continuously narrowed, and Chengdu has even been gradually surpassed by other cities. The proportion of the secondary industry in GDP, per capita urban road area, and per capita public park space are the main factors influencing the development of coupling coordination. Differences in the scale, administrative planning, and development goals of different cities, as well as their varying development stages, are prone to producing the “siphon effect” and “Matthew effect”. Additionally, problems such as resources' accumulation and high overlapping can be caused, which is not conducive to effective cooperation and coordinated development among cities and hinders the integration process of the Chengdu Metropolitan Area.
