4种芳香气味植物对有翅桃蚜的驱避效果分析

4种芳香气味植物对有翅桃蚜的驱避效果分析
Repellent Effect of Four Aromatic Plants on Myzus persicae with Wings
桃蚜是十字花科植物及水果生产管理中的一种重要害虫,分布范围广、危害严重且具有很强的抗药性。为减少农药使用及绿色防控植物上桃蚜为害,为利用芳香气味植物驱避菜田有翅桃蚜提供数据参考,采用驱避活性测定、触角电位反应(EAG)、嗅觉行为反应的方法,选用薄荷、芹菜、芫荽和小葱4种常见的芳香气味植物提取物、活体和损伤体,对有翅桃蚜进行驱避效果研究。结果表明,供试4种植物对有翅桃蚜均具有明显的驱避效果,且植株损伤体较植株活体对桃蚜的驱避效果更为显著。芳香气味植物提取物的驱避活性大小表现为薄荷>芹菜>芫荽>小葱;EAG反应值大小表现为薄荷>芹菜>芫荽>小葱;芳香气味植物损伤体和活体的驱避率大小表现为薄荷>芹菜>芫荽>小葱。由此可见,薄荷对有翅桃蚜的驱避效果均强于其他3种植物,其提取物的驱避率最高为57.2%,触角电位反应值为8.64 mV,嗅觉行为活体的驱避率为83.33%;小葱的驱避效果最弱。建议在植物生产中,将十字花科植物与薄荷等芳香气味植物间作套作;在有翅蚜发生高峰期,对芳香气味植物的叶片经常进行切割,可有效减少菜田有翅桃蚜的发生危害。
Myzus persicae is an important pest in production of cruciferous plants and fruits. It has wide distribution, serious damage, and strong drug resistance. In order to reduce the use of pesticides and ecologically control the damage of Myzus persicae in plants, and to provide a references for the use of aromatic plants to ward off Myzus persicae with wings in the vegetable field, in this study, the extract, living and damage body of four common aromatic odor plants including mint, celery, coriander, and shallot, were selected to research the repellent effects on Myzus persicae with wings by repellent activity measurement, antennal potential response(EAG), and olfactory behavior response. The results showed that the four supplied experimental plants had obvious repellent effect on the Myzus persicae with wings and the repellent effect of damage body on peach aphids was more significant than that of living body. Among them, repellent activity size of extracts of aromatic odor plants was mint > celery > coriander > scallion; the size of EAG reaction value was mint > celery > coriander > scallion; repelling rate size of living and damage body of four aromatic odor plants was mint > celery > coriander > scallion. It could be seen that the repellent effect of the mint on Myzus persicae with wings was stronger than that of the other three plants. The highest repelling rate of the mint extracts was 57.2%, the value of antennal potential response was 8.64 mV, the repelling rate of the olfactory behavior living body was 83.33%, and the repellent effect of scallion was the weakest. During plant production, it was suggested that cruciferous plants should intercropped with aromatic plants such as mint, and during the peak period of Myzus persicae with wings occurrence, frequent cutting of aromatic plant leaves could effectively reduce the damage of Myzus yzus persicae with wings in vegetable fields.
