植物生长调节剂对万寿菊种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响
Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Tagetes erecta L.
为提高万寿菊种子发芽率并培育健壮幼苗,以色素万寿菊韩春梅为材料,采用二因素完全随机试验设计,共设置5种植物生长调节剂处理(赤霉素、水杨酸、烯效唑、赤霉素+水杨酸、水杨酸+烯效唑)和4个浸种时长(3、6、12、24 h)处理,同时以加入等量蒸馏水为对照,研究不同组合对万寿菊种子萌发、植株生长、光合色素及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,浸种时间为6 h,均能促进万寿菊种子萌发;添加赤霉素、烯效唑和赤霉素+水杨酸处理后,发芽率分别提升12.00%、6.67%和17.77%,其中,烯效唑处理后万寿菊株高矮化、茎粗增大、地上部鲜质量/干质量、地下部鲜质量/干质量及壮苗指数均显著增加。此外,烯效唑浸种6 h后,叶绿素a、b含量及可溶性糖含量增长量较大,与对照相比分别升高35.28%、24.61%和17.42%,MDA含量较对照降低10.73%,且差异显著。隶属函数综合评价分析显示,烯效唑浸种6 h效果最佳(D值=0.86)。综上所述,烯效唑浸种6 h,不仅提高了万寿菊种子发芽率、增强了幼苗光合作用、积累了更多有机物质,还减少了细胞膜脂过氧化损伤,该处理有利于培育万寿菊健壮幼苗。
In order to improve the germination rate of Tagetes erecta L. seeds and cultivate healthy seedlings, in this study, pigmented Tagetes erecta L. Han Chunmei was used as the material, by two factor fully randomized experimental design, five types of plant growth regulators(gibberellin, salicylic acid, uniconazole, gibberellin + salicylic acid, and salicylic acid + uniconazole) were tested at four different soaking times(3, 6, 12, and 24 h), at the same time, adding an equal amount of distilled water as a control, the effects of these various combinations on seed germination, plant growth, photosynthetic pigments, and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in Tagetes erecta L. were studied. The results indicated that soaking seeds for 6 hours promoted Tagetes erecta L. seed germination, with the germination rate increasing by 12.00%, 6.67%, and 17.77% respectively after the addition of gibberellin, uniconazole, and gibberellin + salicylic acid. Treatment with uniconazole shortened plant height, increased stem diameter, and significantly increased aboveground fresh/dry weight, underground fresh/dry weight, and the strong seedling index of Tagetes erecta L. . Furthermore, soaking seeds with uniconazole for 6 hours led to the high increase in chlorophyll a, b and soluble sugar contents, rising by 35.28%, 24.61%, and 17.42% respectively compared to the control group, while reduced MDA content by 10.73% with significant difference. The comprehensive evaluation analysis using the membership function indicated that soaking seeds with uniconazole for 6 hours yielded the best results(D=0.86). In conclusion, soaking Tagetes erecta L. seeds with uniconazole for 6 hours not only improved the seed germination rate, enhanced photosynthesis in Tagetes erecta L. seedlings, and accumulated more organic substances, but also reduced cell membrane lipid peroxidation damage, thus the treatment benefited the cultivation of healthy Tagetes erecta L. seedlings.
