气候因子与高粱农艺性状及籽粒品质的关联性分析

气候因子与高粱农艺性状及籽粒品质的关联性分析
Correlation Analysis between Climatic Factors and Agronomic Traits and Grain Quality of Sorghum
为明确气候因子对高粱农艺性状及籽粒品质的影响,对9个不同生态区高粱生产基地的高粱农艺性状和籽粒品质进行定点观测和数据测定,并采用相关性分析和逐步回归分析等方法,研究2023—2024年气候因子与高粱农艺性状和品质的相关性,解析高粱籽粒品质对气候变化的响应特点,构建预测模型。结果表明,穗长与生育期内最高温度、平均温差、积温和有效积温呈显著正相关;穗粒质量与生育期内平均温差呈显著正相关。根据预测回归方程显示,总淀粉含量主要由9月中旬最低温度、8月下旬平均温度、8月下旬积温决定;直链淀粉含量与支链淀粉含量主要由8月中旬最高温度、8月温差和7月上旬降雨量决定;蛋白质含量主要由8月中旬最高温度、7月中旬温差和5月上旬降雨量决定;单宁含量主要由5月上旬最低温度、6月平均温度、7月积温和5月下旬降雨量决定;脂肪含量主要由8月上旬最低温度、9月上旬平均温度、9月上旬积温和5月中旬降雨量决定。综合以上分析可知,不同气候条件下,高粱的农艺性状及籽粒营养品质均呈现出差异性,且与部分气候因子呈现出相关性。
In order to clarify the influence of climatic factors on sorghum grain quality, in this study, fixed-point observation and data determination of sorghum agronomic traits and grain quality in 9 different ecological regions of sorghum production bases were conducted, the correlation between climatic factors and sorghum agronomic traits and quality in 2023-2024 was studied by correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis, the response characteristics of sorghum grain quality to climate change were analyzed, and a prediction model was constructed. The results showed that there was significant positive correlation between spike length and the maximum temperature, average temperature difference, accumulated temperature, and effective accumulated temperature during the growth period. There was a significant positive correlation between grain weight per spike and the average temperature difference during the growth period. According to the predictive regression equation, the total starch content was primarily determined by the minimum temperature in mid-September, the average temperature in late August, and the accumulated temperature in late August. The content of amylose and amylopectin was mainly influenced by the maximum temperature in mid-August, the temperature difference in August, and the rainfall in early July. The variations in protein content were primarily dictated by the maximum temperature in mid-August, the temperature difference in mid-July, and the rainfall in early May. The tannin content was largely influenced by the minimum temperature in early May, the average temperature in June, the accumulated temperature in July, and the rainfall in late May. The fat content was mainly determined by the minimum temperature in early August, the average temperature in early September, the accumulated temperature in early September, and the rainfall in mid-May. Based on the above analysis, the agronomic traits and grain nutritional quality of sorghum were different under different climatic conditions, and they were correlated with some climatic factors.
