摘要
采用磷酸铵镁法回收污泥电脱水滤液中的磷,考察初始pH、初始磷浓度、镁磷比、氮磷比对磷回收率的影响,利用响应曲面法优化工艺条件,并对生成的结晶体进行表征分析。结果表明:当初始pH为10 、初始磷浓度为134.62mg/L、镁磷比为1.57、氮磷比为1.82时,磷回收率预测结果为99.00%,按上述条件配制滤液中磷的回收率实测结果为98.90%,该条件下污泥电脱水滤液中磷的回收率为98.60%,说明响应曲面法得到的预测模型准确可靠;扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪 (EDS)、X 射线衍射仪(XRD)分析结果均表明结晶体为六水合磷酸铵镁。采用优化后的磷酸铵镁工艺可高效回收污泥电脱水滤液中的磷,有效减少水体富营养化,缓解磷资源短缺问题。
Abstract
The magnesium ammonium phosphate method was adopted to recover phosphorus from the filtrate of sludge electro-dewatering.The effects of initial pH ,initial phosphorus concentration,magnesium-to-phosphorus ratio and nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio on the phosphorus recovery rate were investigated.The process conditions were optimized by response surface methodology(RSM), and the generated crystals were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that when the initial pH was 10 ,the initial phosphorus concentration was 134.62mg/L ,the magnesium-to-phosphorus ratio was 1.57 ,and the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio was 1.82 ,the predicted phosphorus recovery rate was 99.00% ,and the measured result of the filtrate made up under the above conditions was 98.90% .Under these conditions,the phosphorus recovery rate from the filtrate of sludge electro-dewatering was 98.60% ,indicating that the prediction model obtained by RSM is accurate and reliable.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis all indicated that the crystals were magnesium ammonium phosphate hexahydrate.The optimized magnesium ammonium phosphate method can efficiently recover phosphorus from the filtrate of sludge electro-dewatering, significantly reduce water eutrophication, and alleviate the shortage of phosphorus resources.
