With the diversification of China's cold chain logistics market, the demand for high-quality consumer goods put forward higher requirements for diversified cold chain transportation products. In order to align the supply of railway cold chain transportation products with market demand and enhance the market share of railway cold chain, this research focused on the design method of railway cold chain transportation products. Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of China's railway cold chain transportation products, considering mass and fragmented cold chain logistics transportation needs, a two-indicator system of cold chain logistics demand and technical characteristics of railway cold chain transportation products was constructed. The algorithm of railway cold chain transportation product pedigree model based on QFD method was proposed for the first time. The railway cold chain transportation product lineage, centered around three core indicators: train operating speed, transportation organization mode, and train operation mode, was obtained. Additionally, multi-level application recommendations for railway cold chain transportation products, targeting batch, cross-border, and high-end scattered requirements, were provided. This research aims to offer reference solutions for decision-making in the development of railway cold chain logistics business.
基于QFD方法[13-14]的铁路冷链运输产品谱系设计,是在调查铁路冷链货物运输需求基础上,确定各需求指标重要性及权重,运用质量屋(House of Quality,HOQ)工具[15-17],将铁路冷链运输产品客户需求向铁路冷链运输产品技术特性转化,最后将确定的关键技术特性作为铁路冷链运输产品的基本维度,从而设计出铁路冷链谱系化运输产品。
