Under the background of the rapidly developing multi-system rail transit, to meet the diversified and personalized travel needs, the study of the passenger flow assignment of multi-system rail transit is of theoretical and practical significance. Considering the heterogeneity of passenger travel, from the perspective of bounded rational passengers, this paper analyzed the passenger's choice behavior when they were facing diversified riding plans based on the multi-system rail transit integrated operating model. By introducing the utility-regret theory, the paper constructed a mixed choice model with travel cost and travel time as utility maximization function attributes and transfer choice, retention choice and train choice as regret minimization model attributes. Taking the linear-shaped integrated operating model as an example, and Chongqing Rail Transit Jiangtiao Line and Chongqing Rail Transit Line 5 as the research object, the paper operated microcosmic passenger flow assignment, constructed a random user equilibrium model, and used the MSA algorithm to solve the model. The results show that considering the bounded rational behavior of passengers can better meet the decision-making behavior of travel decision-makers, and provide a novel perspective for the passenger flow assignment of multi-system rail transit.
