车流径路调整下编组计划与技术站作业能力及作业效率耦合机理研究
Coupling Mechanism between Formation Plan and Technical Station Operation Capacity and Efficiency under Train Route Adjustment
编组计划编制是一个多因素、多方案、多逻辑关系等的复杂组合问题。在我国经济社会进入“双循环”高质量发展阶段,铁路迫切需要紧密围绕货运市场供需态势,通过动态调整车流径路、编组计划,优化车流组织,提升货运服务质量与竞争力,降低社会物流成本。基于车流径路调整场景,研究车流径路选择调整对技术站作业能力的关联影响,构建技术站作业环节与时间标准影响机理分析模型,研究不同车流结构条件与技术站设施设备占用时间、利用率的耦合关系,提出车流径路调整与技术站作业效率闭环协同分析方法。分析车流结构对列车编组工作量、货车中转时间以及车站设施设备占用等运输效率因素的影响,提出基于运输能力与运输效率闭环互馈的编组计划调整分析方法。
The compilation of the formation plans is a complex combinatorial issue involving multiple factors, multiple schemes, and multiple logical relationships. As China's economy and society enter the stage of "double-cycle" high-quality development, it is urgent for the railway to closely focus on the supply and demand situation of the freight market, optimize the traffic organization, improve the quality and competitiveness of freight service, and reduce the social logistics cost by dynamically adjusting the train routes and formation plans. Based on the train route adjustment scenario, the correlation influence of the train route selection adjustment on the operation capacity of the technical station was studied, and an analytical model of the influencing mechanism of operational links and time standards in the technical station was constructed. The coupling relationship between different train flow structures and the occupancy time and utilization rate of facilities and equipment in the technical station was studied, and a closed-loop collaborative analysis method for the adjustment of train routes and the operation efficiency of the technical station was proposed. In addition, the influence of traffic flow structure on transportation efficiency factors such as train formation workload, dwell time of freight cars, and occupation of station facilities and equipment was explored, and an analysis method for formation plan adjustment based on closed-loop feedback between transportation capacity and transportation efficiency was put forward.
