中老铁路口岸站功能设计优化
Optimization of Functional Design for China-Laos Railway Border Station
中老铁路磨憨口岸站当前在通关效率、通关时间等方面存在不足,制约了中老铁路的综合效益,亟待对车站的布局和功能设计进行优化。基于Anylogic软件进行研究,构建货物列车通关模型进行虚拟仿真实验。经模型表面效度分析,发现海关查验等待货物时间较长,导致货物通关堵塞,引发到发线能力紧张。提出延长海关工作时间、新建到发线线路等方式进行优化。实验结果表明,将每天海关查验工作时间从6 h延长到9 h,可使磨憨站铁路跨境联运能力提升55%,有效缓解国际联运瓶颈;增加到发线数量对于缓解车站拥堵意义不大,但能有效阻止拥堵扩散,增强车站消解集中到达车流的能力。本研究为车站优化改造提供了参考。
The Mohan Border Station of the China-Laos Railway currently faces issues including customs clearance inefficiencies and extended clearance time, restricting the overall benefits of the railway. It is therefore urgent to optimize the station's layout and functional design. This paper used Anylogic software to develop a model of the cargo train customs clearance and conducted virtual simulation experiments. Surface validity analysis of the model revealed that the extended customs inspection time caused clearance congestion and put pressure on the capacity of arrival and departure tracks. This paper suggested optimizations such as extending customs working hours and adding more arrival and departure tracks. The experimental results show that extending daily customs inspection time from 6 hours to 9 hours can enhance the cross-border transport capacity of the railway at Mohan Station by 55%, effectively alleviating the international transport bottleneck. While increasing the number of arrival and departure tracks does not significantly reduce congestion, it can effectively prevent the congestion from spreading outward and improve the station's capacity to handle large-scale surges in incoming train flows. This study provides a reference for the station's optimization and renovation.
