基于企业时空演变特征的高铁站区空间规划思考——以郑州东站为例

基于企业时空演变特征的高铁站区空间规划思考——以郑州东站为例
Reflections on Spatial Planning for High Speed Railway Station Areas Based on Enterprise Spatiotemporal Evolution Characteristics: A Case Study of Zhengzhoudong Railway Station
针对高铁枢纽地区产业和站区之间存在的发展失序、空间错位等问题,研究以郑州东站为例,构建圈层模型,选取企业增长和结构、空间分布和空间集聚3个维度分析站区企业时空演化规律,依据各行业时空演化的差异划分企业类型,采用指数方法探究交通设施对企业圈层空间分布的影响。结果表明:企业结构由商贸独大向现代服务业发展、企业空间分布先朝站点偏移后趋稳,空间形成“核心-边缘”结构,各主要行业企业布局由广域分散向围绕站点多个聚集点演变,第4圈层、第5圈层企业呈现向站点和外圈商业中心集聚并存的格局;企业划分为站区核心依赖型、站区协同发展型和站区功能疏离型3种类型;主要交通廊道在第2—4圈层促进企业集聚显著,地铁在第3—5圈层对企业集聚影响突出;公交影响较弱。研究为高铁枢纽区域产业布局和空间规划提供参考。
In response to problems such as the disordered development and spatial mismatch between industries and station areas in high speed railway hub areas, this paper took Zhengzhoudong Railway Station as an example, built a circle model, and selected three dimensions, including enterprise growth and structure, spatial distribution and spatial agglomeration, to analyze the law of spatiotemporal evolution of enterprises in the station area. Meanwhile, the enterprise types were divided based on the differences in the spatiotemporal evolution of each industry, and the index method was adopted to investigate the influence of transportation facilities on the spatial distribution of enterprise circles. The results show that the enterprise structure shifts from the dominance of commerce and trade to the development of the modern service sector, while the spatial distribution of enterprises firstly shifts toward the station and then stabilizes, forming a “core-edge” structure. Additionally, the layout of enterprises in each major industry evolves from widely dispersed distribution to a number of agglomeration points around the station, and the enterprises in the fourth and fifth circles shift toward the station and business centers in the outer circle. The enterprises are divided into station area core-dependent, station area synergistic development, and station area function detachment types. The main traffic corridors promote the significant role of enterprise agglomeration in the second to fourth circles, and the subway has a prominent influence on enterprise agglomeration in the third to fifth circles, with a relatively weak influence of public transportation. This study provides a reference for the industrial layout and spatial planning of the high speed railway hub areas.
