To address issues such as poor plan adaptability and difficulty in coordinating multiple objectives arising from multiple uncertainties, including demand fluctuations and resource constraints in marshalling station stage planning, an integrated optimization model was established based on multi-objective distributed robust chance constraints and Lagrange relaxation. By constructing a multi-objective distributed robust chance constraint model that considers operational costs, time efficiency, and planning robustness, the uncertain transportation demand was described as a fuzzy set and equivalently transformed into a second-order cone constraint. The Lagrange relaxation algorithm was applied to decompose complex problems, and a value function approximation strategy was introduced to dynamically solve subproblems. The results show that the proposed method improves the Pareto front coverage to 0.911 in terms of solution set quality, and achieves a super volume index of 0.902. In terms of operational efficiency, the dwell time of vehicles at the station is reduced to 11.82 hours, and the daily average vehicle turnover reaches 397.26 vehicles per day. In terms of plan feasibility, the total number of trains violating the constraint is controlled at 5.74, and the planned fulfillment rate increases to 0.947. In terms of computational efficiency, the inference time for a single task is shortened to 16.03 seconds, and the computational load is optimized to 21.40 GFLOPs, which is comprehensively superior to the scheduling level of the original system at Zhengzhoubei Marshalling Station. Therefore, the research model is a robust, global, and efficient marshalling station stage plan decision framework, providing theoretical and methodological support for resource collaborative allocation and dynamic scheduling in complex transportation environments.
