不同品种兰州百合的生长发育特性、产量特性的对比试验及综合分析

不同品种兰州百合的生长发育特性、产量特性的对比试验及综合分析
Comparative experiment and comprehensive analysis of growth, development and yield characteristics of different varieties of Lilium davidii var.unicolor
目的 为高寒阴湿山区兰州百合良种应用及高效生产进一步提供指导。 方法 采用随机区组试验设计,在临洮县上营乡包家山试验田通过对5个参试的兰州百合品种冰清、玉洁、地方品种1-上营、地方品种2-蒋家山、地方品种3-西果园的植物学性状、产量,产量构成及品质指标分析,综合评价隶属函数值比较评价品种生产性能。 结果 5个参试的兰州百合品种试验表明,每株平均花苞数和每株平均盛花数、小区产量、粗蛋白,球形指数、百合容重在各品种间差异显著(P<0.05),分蘖数、干物质含量、可溶性糖含量等指标在各品种间差异不显著(P>0.05)。地方品种2-蒋家山、玉洁、地方品种3-西果园盛花率都达到40%以上,叶片数量多,长势优势明显;地方品种2-蒋家山、冰清小鳞茎个数最多,在9.2~10个之间,且小区产量均表现优异,高于其他品种;地方品种3-西果园、冰清、地方品种2-蒋家山鳞茎容重密度较大,在0.024 7~0.026 6 g/cm²,商品品质优异。 结论 依据本研究中的平均隶属函数值综合评价,兰州百合种植生产中优先的品种是冰清、地方品种2-蒋家山和玉洁。
Objective To provide further guidance for the application and high-efficiency production of Lilium davidii var.unicolor in alpine and humid mountainous area. Method 2 bred varieties (Bingqing and Yujie) and 3 local varieties (Shangying, Jiangjiashan and Xiguoyuan) with outstanding performance were selected to evaluate the production performance with randomized block experiment design in Baojiashan, Shangying Township,Lintao County.And the botanical traits, yield,yield composition and quality indicators were comprehensive analyzed as well. Result The differences of average number of buds per plant and average number of full blooms per plant,plot yield, crude protein,globularity index, and lily bulk density among 5 tested varieties were significant (P<0.05), but the tiller number, dry matter content and soluble sugar content were not significantly different (P>0.05). The flower blooming rates of Jiangjiashan, Yujie and Xiguo were more than 40%, with more leaves and obvious growth advantages. The numbers of small bulbs of Jiangjiashan and Bingqing were the largest (ranged from 9.3 to 10), and the plot yields were excellent, higher than other varieties. The bulb bulk densities of Xiguoyuan, Bingqing and Jiangjiashan were relatively high (ranged from 0.024 7 to 0.026 6/cm²), and the product quality was excellent. Conclusion Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the average membership function value, the priority varieties in production are Bingqing,Jiangjiashan and Yujie.
