基于GGE双标图法的甘肃省西片区域春小麦新品种的丰产性及适应性评价

基于GGE双标图法的甘肃省西片区域春小麦新品种的丰产性及适应性评价
Evaluation of fertility and adaptability of new spring wheat varieties in western Gansu Province using GGE biplot
目的 为准确评价春小麦新品种在区域试验的丰产稳产性、适应性及各试点的代表性和辨别力。 方法 利用基于Genstat的GGE双标图对2015~2016年甘肃省西片水地小麦区域试验的20 个参试小麦品种(系)在5 个不同生态区的试验数据进行分析。 结果 陇春39的丰产稳产性好,地域性较强,适合在白银和武威等生态类似区域种植;甘育4号适应性较强,可在在甘肃省西片区域各试点种植,尤其适宜在甘肃黄羊和张掖类似区域进行推广。同时,对甘肃省西片区域春小麦各试点进行分析,发现酒泉试点的辨别力和代表性最强,是较为理想的试点;武威试点对品种的辨别力较弱,并且它与其它很多试点之间存在负相关,建议适当调整武威试点。 结论 本文展示了Genstat软件中GGE 双标图在小麦品种的丰产性与稳产性分析和适宜种植区域划分等方面的应用效果,为甘肃省西片区域春小麦新品种和试点的综合评价提供了参考方法。
Objective To analyze the high yield, stability and adaptability of the new spring wheat variety and representativeness and differentiation of the testing sites. Method The GGE biplot based on Genstat is used to evaluate yield data of the regional trials during 2015 to 2016 in western water field of Gansu Province. Result The Longchun 39 can be widely used as a dominant variety in the west of Gansu province because of its high and stable yield and strong regional character.The Ganyu 4 has a strong adaptability, and it is suitable for planting in Huangyang town and Zhangye city of Gansu especially.At the same time, through the analysis of the testing sites in the water area of the western part of Gansu Province, it was found that Jiuquan site is the best one with the strongest differentiation and representation, and the Wuwei site has the weaker differentiation ability to varieties, which has a negative correlation with many other trials.It was suggested that adjusting the Wuwei site for adapted to regional trials. Conclusion This study demonstrated the application of GGE biplot in Genstat software in the analysis of high and stable yield and the division of suitable planting area, and provided a reference method for comprehensive evaluation of new spring wheat varieties and experimental sites in the western region of Gansu Province.
