党参青霉病病原菌鉴定及生物学特性
Pathogen identification and biological characteristics on blue mold of Codonopsis pilosula
目的 明确党参采后青霉病病原,为党参青霉病的防控提供理论支持。 方法 通过形态学和分子生物学的方法对新鲜党参采后青霉病病原进行鉴定,并分析其生物学特性。 结果 本试验中将党参青霉病病原鉴定为扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)。该病原菌菌丝生长的最佳条件为25 ℃、pH 7和 24 h光照,碳源为葡萄糖,氮源为蛋白胨;产孢的最适条件为25 ℃,pH 6及24 h光照,碳源为β-环糊精,氮源为酵母粉;65 ℃处理10 min可致死。 结论 新鲜党参青霉病病原为扩展青霉,且可代谢产生棒曲霉素。
Objective To identify the pathogen causing bule mold of Codonopsis pilosula and provide theoretical support for the prevention and control of the postharvest disease of Codonopsis pilosula. Method The main pathogenic fungus causing bule mold of Codonopsis pilosula was identified using morphological and molecular biology methods,and its biological characteristics were analyzed. Result That the main pathogen of blue mold for Codonopsis pilosula was Penicillium expansum.The optimum condition for mycelial growth was that the temperature was 25 ℃,the pH was 7,the optimum illumination condition was 24 h,the carbon source was glucose,and the nitrogen source was peptone.The optimum condition for sporulation was that the temperature was 25 ℃,the pH was 6,the light condition was 24 h light,the carbon source was β-cyclodextrin,and the nitrogen source was yeast powder.Penicillium expansum would be lethal at 65℃ for 10min. Conclusion The main pathogenic fungus of blue mold of fresh Codonopsis pilosula was Penicilliosis expansum,which can metabolize patulin.
