油页岩半焦对自毒作用下黄瓜幼苗生长、光合及养分吸收的影响
Effects of oil shale char on growth, photosynthesis and nutrient uptake of cucumber seedlings under autotoxicity
目的 揭示油页岩半焦对自毒作用下黄瓜幼苗生长、光合作用及养分吸收的影响规律,为生产上应用油页岩半焦减轻黄瓜连作障碍提供理论依据。 方法 以黄瓜品种L306为试验材料,2.0 mmol/L肉桂酸(CA)模拟自毒作用,采用盆栽试验方法,基质中分别添加5%、10%、15%、20%质量比的油页岩半焦,试验处理21 d后进行相关指标的测定。 结果 自毒作用导致黄瓜幼苗的生长、光合作用和养分吸收不同程度降低,添加不同质量比的油页岩半焦处理黄瓜幼苗,均能不同程度缓解肉桂酸胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的叶片气体交换参数、叶绿素荧光参数、光合色素含量、植株氮磷钾含量和光合产物(淀粉、葡萄糖)积累量的抑制作用。 结论 基质中添加15%质量比油页岩半焦处理(T3)对自毒作用下黄瓜幼苗生长和光合作用的缓解效果最好。
Objective To study the effects of oil shale char on the growth, photosynthesis and nutrient absorption of cucumber seedlings under autotoxicity.Which provide theoretical basis for the application of oil shale char in production to reduce continuous cropping acstacles of cucumber. Method Cucumber seedlings (cv.L306) was used as the material, and 2.0 mmol/L cinnamic acid (CA) was used to simulate the autotoxicity.The pot experiment method was used to add 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% oil shale char in the matrix, respectively.After 20 days of treatment, the relevant indicators were determined. Result Autotoxicity reduced the growth, photosynthesis and nutrient absorption of cucumber seedlings to varying degrees.The treatment of cucumber seedlings with different mass ratios of oil shale char alleviated the inhibitory effects of cinnamic acid stress on leaf gas exchange parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, photosynthetic pigment content, plant N, P, K contents and photosynthate (starch, glucose) accumulation of cucumber seedlings to varying degrees. Conclusion The treatment with 15% mass ratio of oil shale char (T3) added to the substrate had the best mitigation effect on the growth and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings under autotoxicity.
