甘肃祁连山西水林区典型灌丛土壤C、N、P生态化学计量特征研究

甘肃祁连山西水林区典型灌丛土壤C、N、P生态化学计量特征研究
Ecological stoichiometry of soils C,N and P of typical shrubs in Xishui forest area of Qilian Mountains in China
目的 探讨灌丛土壤生态化学计量比与土壤理化性质之间的关系,明确土壤理化性质对土壤化学计量特征的影响,为祁连山灌木林的科学经营和管理提供理论依据。 方法 选择甘肃省祁连山西水林区分布的甘青锦鸡儿、鲜黄小檗、金露梅、箭叶锦鸡儿和吉拉柳等5种典型灌丛为研究对象,通过在灌丛群落中设置固定样地,采集0~10、10~20、20~30、30~40、40~60 cm土层土样,测定土壤理化性质和计算化学计量比,分析不同灌丛类型土壤理化性质和土壤化学计量比的差异性,并探讨土壤理化性质与土壤化学计量比之间的关系。 结果 与低海拔灌丛(甘青锦鸡儿和鲜黄小檗灌丛)相比,高海拔灌丛(吉拉柳和箭叶锦鸡儿灌丛)的土壤养分含量、土壤含水量、总孔隙度、毛管孔隙度和非毛管孔隙度均较高,但pH值和容重均较小;金露梅、箭叶锦鸡儿和吉拉柳灌丛土壤C/N差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于甘青锦鸡儿和鲜黄小檗灌丛(P<0.05);土壤C/P和N/P均表现为吉拉柳>箭叶锦鸡儿>金露梅>鲜黄小檗>甘青锦鸡儿;土壤碱解氮含量、土壤含水量和速效磷含量均对土壤化学计量比有显著影响(P<0.05),分别占土壤因子解释量的63.2%、22.0%和12.4%。 结论 土壤碱解氮含量、土壤含水量和速效磷含量是影响灌丛土壤生态化学计量比的主导因子,土壤N素是限制祁连山灌丛生长的主要因子。
Objective To explore the relationship between soil ecological stoichiometry ratio and soil physicochemical properties,to clarify the influence of soil physicochemical properties on soil stoichiometry characteristics,and provide a theoretical basis for scientific management of shrubbery,and restoration and reconstruction of degraded vegetation in Qilian Mountain. Method Five typical shrubs,including Caragana tangutica,Berberis diaphana,Potentilla fruticose,Caragana jubata and Salix gilashanica in Xishui forest area of Qilian Mountain of Gansu,were selected as the research objects. The samples of 0~10cm,10~20cm,20~30cm,30~40cm,40~60cm soil layer were taken. The soil physicochemical properties and calculate stoichiometric ratio were determined,and the soil physicochemical properties and soil stoichiometric ratio of different shrub types and explore the relationship between soil physicochemical properties and soil stoichiometric ratio were analyzed. Result The soil nutrient content,mass water content,total porosity,capillary porosity and non-capillary porosity were higher in high-altitude shrubs (S. gilashanica and C.jubata) than in low-altitude shrubs(C.tangutica and B.diaphana),but the soil pH and bulk density were lower. There was no significant difference in soil C/N among P.fruticose,C.jubata and S.gilashanica(P>0.05),but which were significantly higher than C.tangutica and B.diaphana(P<0.05). Soil C/P and N/P showed that S.gilashanica>C.jubata>P.fruticose>B.diaphana>C.tangutica.Soil available nitrogen content,soil mass water content and soil available phosphorus content had significant effects on soil stoichiometry (P<0.05),accounting for 63.2%,22.0% and 12.4% of soil factor interpretation,respectively. Conclusion Soil available nitrogen content,soil mass water content and soil available phosphorus content are the main factors affecting soil ecological stoichiometry,soil N is the main factor limiting shrub growth in Qilian Mountains.
