5%高效氯氟氰菊酯对异迟眼蕈蚊及昆虫病原线虫的毒力毒性测定
Virulence of 5% lambda-cyhalothrin to Bradysia difformis Frey and entomopathogenic nematodes
目的 探讨5%高效氯氟氰菊酯与昆虫病原线虫是否可以混用,以及探讨两种方式混用对异迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia difformis Frey)的防治效果。 方法 采用培养皿滤纸法,分别测定了5%高效氯氟氰菊酯对异迟眼蕈蚊三龄幼虫的毒力,以及对斯氏昆虫病原线虫Steinernema feltiae 0619HT的毒性,并计算毒力回归方程及致死中浓度,以评价该线虫与5%高效氯氟氰菊酯能否混用来防控异迟眼蕈蚊。 结果 5%高效氯氟氰菊酯对异迟眼蕈蚊的控制效果较差,且对昆虫病原线虫的毒性较大。 结论 在实际应用中,不能将昆虫病原线虫与5%高效氯氟氰菊酯混用来防治异迟眼蕈蚊。
Objective The study aimed to explore the control effectiveness of 5% beta-cyhalothrin mixed with entomopathogenic nematodes against Bradysia difformis Frey. Method To evaluate whether nematodes and pesticides could be mixed in the control of the Bradysia difformis Frey, we firstly tested the virulence of 5% beta-cyhalothrin both to the third instar larvae of Bradysia difformis Frey and to the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema Feltiae 0619HT by the petri plate filter paper method, and then calculated the toxicity regression equation and lethal median concentration. Result Our results showed that 5% beta-cyhalothrin was less effective in controlling Bradysia difformis Frey and was strongly toxic to entomopathogenic nematodes. Conclusion It was suggested that the entomopathogenic nematodes cannot be mixed with 5% beta-cyhalothrin in the control of Bradysia difformis Frey in practice.
