不同光质对杉木幼苗抗氧化酶活性和叶绿素含量的影响
Effect of different photo qualities on antioxidase activity and chlorophyll content of Chinese fir seedlings
目的 以杉木优良无性系020为试验材料,研究不同光质对杉木抗氧化酶活性和叶绿素含量的影响。 方法 通过室内光质试验,分析白光、红光、蓝光、红∶蓝(1∶1)4种光质处理下杉木无性系叶片丙二醛含量、抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量的变化,并对测定的杉木生理生化指标进行相关性分析。 结果 随着生长周期的延长,杉木叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性总体呈现下降趋势,超氧化氢酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、叶绿素a含量呈现出增长趋势。白光下MDA含量、SOD活性均保持上升,红光下MDA含量呈现出下降趋势,而POD活性、光合色素含量呈现出上升的趋势,而叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量则呈现出极显著的相关性(P>0.01)。 结论 白光处理使杉木幼苗叶片细胞膜系统受损,过氧化物使抗氧化酶活性升高,进而影响光合作用速率;红光可降低损伤细胞膜的有害物质的积累,提高细胞膜系统的结构稳定性和叶绿素含量,有利于提高光合速率,促进杉木幼苗生长。
Objective With the excellent clone 020 of Fir as the materials, the study was conducted to explore the effect of different light qualities on the antioxidant enzyme activity and chlorophyll content of Fir. Method The variations in the malondialdehyde content, antioxidant enzyme activity, and chlorophyll content of 1-year-old Chinese fir clones were analyzed under 4 light-quality treatments, i.e.,white light (W), red light (R), blue light (B), red: blue (1∶1) (R∶B), followed by the correlation analysis of those indicators. Result The results indicated that the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and catalase (CAT) in Chinese fir leaves showed a downward trend with the extension of the growth cycle, whereas the superoxidase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and chlorophylla showed an upward trend.MDA content and SOD activity kept increasing under white light. Under red light, MDA content showed a decreasing trend, while both POD activity and photosynthetic pigment showed an upward trend. Chlorophyll demonstrated a very significant correlation with carotenoids (P>0.01). Conclusion White light treatment could damage the cell membrane system of Chinese fir seedling leaves,and peroxide increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes, consequently affecting the rate of photosynthesis. Red light could reduce the content of harmful substances that damages the cell membrane, and could improve the structural stability of the cell membrane system and the chlorophyll content, contributing to promoting the photosynthetic rate and the growth of Chinese fir seedlings.
