草田轮作模式下土壤微生物群落结构和多样性分析

草田轮作模式下土壤微生物群落结构和多样性分析
Analysis on soil microbial community structure and diversity in fodder-crop rotation system
目的 明确草田轮作模式下,4种牧草的土壤细菌群落结构和多样性的差异;明确该地区土壤细菌的多样性结构及动态特征。 方法 提取4种牧草根周土壤细菌DNA,采用Nanodrop对DNA进行定量后进行测序,测序后分析土壤细菌生物学信息。 结果 4种牧草的土壤微生物群落组成相对稳定,细菌多样性与群落结构在不同时期或者不同季节中存在着很显著的差异,黑燕麦的土壤微生物多样性及丰富度显著高于其他3种牧草,并且土壤生物活性显著提高。 结论 黑燕麦与燕麦、箭筈豌豆以及毛苕子相比,黑燕麦轮作马铃薯的模式下细菌群落多样性显著高于其他模式,将有利于保持土壤微生物多样性及丰富度,也提高了土地的利用率和利用效率。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the differences of soil bacterial community structure and diversity among 4 forages species in fodder-crop rotation mode, and to clarify the diversity structure and dynamic characteristics of soil bacteria in this area. Method Firstly, bacterial DNA was extracted from the rhizosphere soil of four kinds of forages, then DNA was quantified and sequenced by Nanodrop,last but not least, the biological information of soil bacteria was analyzed after sequencing. Result The results showed that the composition of soil microbial community of the four forages was relatively stable, and the bacterial diversity and community structure were significant differences in different periods or seasons. The diversity and richness of soil microbial community of black oat-potato rotation mode were significantly higher than those of the other three forages, and the soil biological activity was significantly improved. Conclusion The bacterial community diversity in soil of black oat-potato rotation mode was significantly higher than that of other modes of potato with oats,Vicia sativa and Vicia villosa,which would be beneficial to maintain the diversity and richness of soil microorganisms and to improve the rate and efficiency of land utilization.
