饲粮中添加酵母培养物对湖羊公羔生长性能、养分消化、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响

饲粮中添加酵母培养物对湖羊公羔生长性能、养分消化、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响
Effects of dietary yeast culture on growth performance,nutrient digestion,slaughter performance and organ index of Hu lambs
目的 研究饲粮中添加酵母培养物(YC)对湖羊公羔生长性能、养分消化、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响。 方法 选取75日龄、体质量相近(19.23±2.60)kg的健康湖羊公羔30只,随机分为3组,其中对照组饲喂精粗比为65∶35的基础日粮,试验组A、B在基础日粮中分别添加20 g/(d·只)和40 g/(d·只)的酵母培养物,预试期7 d,正试期60 d。 结果 与对照组相比,B组40~60 d日增质量提高了17.22%(P=0.093),料质量比降低11.37%(P=0.094),其他生长指标差异不显著(P>0.05);B组粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的表观消化率分别提高了11.26 %(P=0.080)、8.45%(P=0.094),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);屠宰性能和器官指数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。 结论 添加40 g/(d·只)YC可以提高CP、NDF和ADF的表观消化率,进而改善湖羊公羔生长性能。
Objective To investigate the effects of yeast culture on growth performance, nutrient digestion,slaughter performance and organ index of Hu lambs. Method Thirty 75-day-old male Hu lambs with similar body weights of (19.23±2.60)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups.The control group was fed a basal diet with a concentrate: forage ratio of 65∶35, and experimental groups A and B were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20 g/d and 40 g/d of yeast culture, respectively. The pre-trial period was 7 days and the trial period was 60 days. Result Compared with the control group, daily gain was increased by 17.22%(P=0.093) and feed/gain was decreased by 11.37% (P=0.094) in group B during 40~60 days, but there were no significant differences in other growth indices (P>0.05).Apparent digestibility of crude protein (CP) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) was increased in group B by 11.26%(P=0.080)and 8.45%(P=0.094), respectively, and apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber (ADF) was significantly increased (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in carcass performance and organ index (P>0.05). Conclusion The addition of 40 g/d YC can improve the apparent digestibility of CP,NDF and ADF and subsequently improve the growth performance of Hu lambs.
