甘肃省豆科植物表型性状多样性综合分析
Comprehensive analysis of phenotypic character diversity of legumes in Gansu Province
目的 对甘肃省豆科(Leguminosae)植物进行表型性状多样性综合评价,为甘肃省豆科植物的种质资源评价和园林植物选育与创新提供参考。 方法 根据文献调查与资料收集,汇总甘肃省豆科种质资源共54属256种,提取木本的10个质量性状和6个数量性状及草本的9个质量性状和6个数量性状进行赋值分级,分别进行表型性状的多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析与系统聚类分析。 结果 表型性状变异程度木本高于草本。表型性状多样性指数低于0.5的木本仅生态习性,草本有花序类型与观赏特性、果期。表型性状的变异程度数量性状高于质量性状。数量性状多样性指数变幅:木本1.37~1.58,草本1.55~1.68,质量性状变幅:木本0.21~2.09,草本0.29~1.94。相关性分析发现所有性状间均存在内在联系,且数量性状之间、数量性状与质量性状之间的相关性更为密切。木本植物16个表型性状提取出6个主成分,累计贡献率69.46%,草本植物15个表型性状提取出5个主成分,累计贡献率71.96%。在遗传距离为10与13处,可将木本与草本植物分别分为6类。 结论 甘肃省豆科植物的表型性状较为丰富,其中木本植物性状的果实形状、叶质、花色、生活型、果实颜色以及所有数量性状为主要的表型性状,草本植物性状中的部分数量性状以及质量性状中的果实形状、花期、果期、花色、花序类型为主要的表型性状。
Objective To provide reference for germplasm resource evaluation of Leguminosae plants and breeding and innovation of garden plants in Gansu through a comprehensive evaluation of phenotypic trait diversity of Leguminosae plants in Gansu. Method Through literature review and data collection,a total of 54 genera and 256 species of Leguminosae germplasm resources in Gansu were summarized and their trait characteristics were included.10 qualitative traits and 6 quantitative traits of woody plants and 9 qualitative traits and 6 quantitative traits of herbaceous plants were extracted,assigned and ranked,and phenotypic traits were analyzed for diversity,correlation,principal component and systematic clustering,respectively. Result As for the degree of variation of phenotypic characters,woody plants were higher than herbaceous plants.Among the phenotypic diversity indices of woody plants,only the ecological habit index was lower than 0.50,while among the diversity indices of herbaceous plants,inflorescence type,ornamental traits and fruiting stage were lower than 0.5.According to the degree of variation of phenotypic traits,quantitative traits were generally higher than qualitative traits.The diversity index of quantitative traits and qualitative traits of woody plants was 1.37~1.58 and 0.21~2.09,respectively,and that of herbaceous plants was 1.55~1.68 and 0.29~1.94,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there was an internal relationship between all the traits,and the correlation was closer between quantitative traits and between quantitative traits and qualitative traits.Six principal components could be extracted from 16 phenotypic traits of woody plants,with a cumulative contribution rate of 69.46%,and five principal components could be extracted from 15 phenotypic traits of herbaceous plants,with a cumulative contribution rate of 71.96%. At genetic distances of 10 and 13,woody and herbaceous plants could be divided into 6 categories,respectively. Conclusion Leguminosae plants in Gansu have rich and diverse phenotypic traits.Fruit shape,leaf quality,flower color,life form,fruit color and all quantitative traits are the main phenotypic traits of woody plants,while some quantitative traits and fruit shape,flowering period,fruiting period,flower color,inflorescence type were the main phenotypic traits of herbaceous plants.
