饲粮中添加芦丁对湖羊屠宰性能、肉品质和血清生化指标及器官发育的影响

饲粮中添加芦丁对湖羊屠宰性能、肉品质和血清生化指标及器官发育的影响
Effects of dietary rutin supplementation on slaughter performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indices and organ development of Hu sheep
目的 探究在饲粮中添加芦丁对湖羊屠宰性能、血清生化指标、肉品质以及对器官发育、肠道发育的影响。 方法 选取36只体质量相近的健康湖羊,随机划分为3组,每组各12只,(公母各占1 / 2),试验I组饲喂基础饲粮,试验II组和试验III组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg BW的芦丁,预饲期14 d,正试期56 d。 结果 饲粮中添加芦丁对湖羊宰前活质量、胴体质量、后腿质量、屠宰率、背膘厚、肋肉厚和眼肌面积均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与试验I组相比,试验III组的湖羊肌肉熟肉率显著降低了18%(P<0.05),其他指标各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。饲粮中添加芦丁对湖羊的胃(瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃、皱胃)、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肺均无显著影响(P>0.05)。正试期第14天,与试验I组相比,试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清的乳酸脱氢酶活性和一氧化氮含量活性分别显著提高了20.1%、50.5%(P<0.05),其他指标各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。与试验I组相比,试验II组和试验III湖羊的十二指肠绒毛高度和VH/CD分别显著提高了23%、23.6%、28.2%、33.3%(P<0.05),其他指标各组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。 结论 饲粮中添加芦丁能够促进十二指肠的发育,但饲粮中添加100 mg/kg的芦丁提高了碱性磷酸酶和乳酸脱氢酶的活性,从而降低机体内蛋白质的合成和代谢。因此,饲粮中芦丁的添加量以50 mg/kg BW为宜。
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary rutin supplementation on slaughter performance,serum biochemical indices,meat quality,and tissue and organ development of Hu sheep. Method Prior to the experiment,36 common Hu sheep of similar body size were prepared and randomly divided into 3 groups of 12 sheep each to ensure equal numbers of males and females.Group I was fed a basal diet,group II was fed a diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg of rutin on the basal diet and group III was fed a diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg of rutin on the basal diet for a 14-day pre-feeding period and a 56-day positive test period. Result Dietary rutin had no significant effect (P>0.05) on live weight,body weight,hind leg weight,slaughter percentage,backfat thickness,rib thickness and eye muscle area of lake sheep before slaughter.Compared with group I of the trial,the rate of cooked muscle meat of Hu sheep in group III was reduced by 18% (P<0.05),and the differences in other indicators were not significant (P>0.05).There was no significant effect (P>0.05) on the stomach (rumen,reticulum,flap and wrinkled stomach),heart,liver,spleen,kidney and lung of lake sheep.On the 14th day of the positive test period,the lactate dehydrogenase activity and nitric oxide content activity of Hu sheep in group III increased by 20.1% and 50.5%,respectively,compared with those in group I of the test(P<0.05),while the differences in other indices were not significant (P>0.05).Compared with group I of the trial,the duodenal villus height and VH/CD values in groups II and III increased by 23%,23.6%,28.2% and 33.3% respectively (P<0.05),and there was no significant effect between each group for other indices (P>0.05). Conclusion The addition of rutin to the diet can promote duodenal growth,but the addition of 100 mg/kg of rutin to the diet will increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase activity,thus reducing protein synthesis and metabolism in the body.Therefore,the optimal supplemental level of rutin in the diet is 50 mg/kg BW.
