皖南黄兔繁殖性能的选育进展分析
Analysis of breeding progress on reproductive performance of Wannan yellow rabbits
目的 掌握皖南黄兔的繁殖性能和选育进展。 方法 对系统选育过程中5个世代的胎产仔数、胎产活仔数、初生窝重、哺乳数、3周龄窝重、4周龄断奶仔兔数、4周龄断奶窝重进行测定,并采用BLUP方法评估了胎产活仔数、3周龄窝重和4周龄断奶仔兔数的遗传力和育种值。 结果 通过皖南黄兔连续5个世代的繁殖性能选育,其胎产仔数达到7.34只、胎产活仔数7.23只、初生窝重391.11 g、哺乳数6.98只、3周龄窝重2 180.61 g、4周龄断奶仔兔数6.68只、断奶窝重3 477.08 g、断奶成活率95.98%;胎产活仔数、3周龄窝重和4周龄断奶仔兔数属于低遗传力性状,其育种值世代平均遗传进展分别为0.017 5只、17.91 g和0.019 6只。 结论 通过系统选育,皖南黄兔繁殖性能均有提高,且群体整体度好,遗传性能趋于稳定。
Objective To understand the reproductive performance and breeding progress of Wannan yellow rabbits. Method The total number of kits born,number of kits born alive,litter weight,lactation number,3-week-old litter weight,number of 4-week-old kits weaned and 4-week-old litter weight weaned were measured,and the heritability and breeding values of the number of kits born alive,3-week-old litter weight and number of 4-week-old kits weaned were estimated using the BLUP method during systematic breeding of 5 generations. Result Through the breeding performance of Wannan yellow rabbit in 5 consecutive generations,the total number of kits born was 7.34,the number of kits born alive was 7.23,the litter weight was 391.11 g,the lactation number was 6.98,the 3-week-old litter weight was 2 180.61 g,the number of 4-week-old kits weaned was 6.68,and the weaning litter weight was 3 477.08 g,the weaning survival rate was 95.98%.In addition,the number of kits born alive,3-week-old litter weight and number of 4-week-old kits weaned were low heritability traits,and the average genetic progress of breeding values for generations was 0.017 5,17.91 g and 0.019 6,respectively. Conclusion The study showed that all the reproductive performance of Wannan yellow rabbits had been improved by systematic breeding,the overall condition of the population was good,and the genetic performance tended to be stable.
