9个藜麦品种(系)在甘肃白银地区的主要农艺性状评价及相关分析

9个藜麦品种(系)在甘肃白银地区的主要农艺性状评价及相关分析
Evaluation of key agronomic traits and correlation analysis of nine quinoa varieties in Baiyin,Gansu province
目的 为了筛选适宜甘肃白银地区种植的藜麦品种。 方法 以9个藜麦品种(系)为材料,研究其农艺性状和产量表现,并对农艺性状和产量进行相关、通径分析。 结果 9个藜麦品种(系)在试验区域均可以成熟,经方差分析表明,各品种(系)在株高、有效分枝数、侧枝穗长、千粒质量、大穗粒质量、单株粒质量及产量上存在显著差异;相关分析表明,8个农艺性状能够解释藜麦产量49.3%(R2 =0.493)的变异,剩余71.2%()的产量变异还受其他农艺性状影响;单株粒质量X8 (r8 =0.628)、有效分枝数X3 (r3 =0.415)、株高X2 (r2 =0.359)、主枝穗长X4 (r4 =0.345)、生育期X1 (r1 =0.298)、侧枝穗长X5 (r5 =0.273) 6个农艺性状与产量呈正向极显著相关,千粒质量X6 (r6 =-0.135)、单穗粒质量X7 (r7 =-0.029)与产量呈负相关。偏相关分析表明,单株粒质量X8 (r8 =0.501) 与产量呈现正向极显著相关,主枝穗长X4 (r4 =0.115)与产量正相关,相关程度较大,千粒重X6 (r6 =-0.269)与产量呈现显著负相关;通径分析表明,单株粒质量X8 对产量产生极显著直接影响(P8y =0.549),千粒质量X6 对产量产生显著直接影响(P6y =0.340),主枝穗长X4 对产量产生较大的直接影响(P6y =0.142)。 结论 综合农艺性状、产量性状评价,藜麦品种(系)W1805(PC-2)表现优良,平均产量3 334.80 kg/hm2,适宜在甘肃省白银地区老庄村及同类生态区推广种植。
Objective The objective of this study was to identify suitable quinoa varieties for cultivation in Baiyin,Gansu Province. Method Nine quinoa varieties were evaluated to assess their agronomic characteristics and yield performance.Correlation and path analyses were conducted to examine the relationships between agronomic traits and yield. Result All nine quinoa varieties successfully reached maturity in the experimental area.Analysis of variance revealed significant variations among the varieties in terms of plant height,effective branch numbers,lateral branch spike length,thousand grain weight,spike grain weight,single plant grain weight,and yield.Correlation analysis demonstrated that eight agronomic traits accounted for 49.3%(R2=0.493) of the variation in quinoa yield,while the remaining 71.2%() variation was influenced by other agronomic factors.Six agronomic traits,namely single plant grain weight (X8,r8=0.628),effective branch number (X3,r3=0.415),plant height (X2,r2=0.359),main branch spike length (X4,r4=0.345),growth period (X1,r1=0.298),and lateral branch spike length (X5,r5=0.273)),exhibited positive and significant correlations with yield.Conversely,thousand grain weight (X6,r6=-0.135) and single spike grain weight (X7,r7=-0.029) showed negative correlations with yield.Partial correlation analysis indicated that grain weight per plant (X8,r8=0.501) exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with yield,while main branch spike length (X4,r4=0.115) displayed a significant positive correlation.Moreover,thousand grain weight (X6,r6=-0.269) exhibited a significant negative correlation with yield.Path analysis revealed that single plant grain weight (X8) had a highly significant direct impact on yield (P8y=0.549),followed by thousand grain weight (X6) with a significant direct impact (P6y=0.340),and main branch spike length (X4) with a significant direct impact (P6y=0.142). Conclusion Based on a comprehensive evaluation of agronomic and yield characteristics,the quinoa variety W1805 (PC-2) demonstrated excellent performance with an average yield of 3 334.80 kg/hm2,making it suitable for cultivation in Laozhuang Village and similar ecotopes in Baiyin,Gansu Province.
