庆阳地区烟富3号苹果园土壤营养与果实品质的相关性分析

庆阳地区烟富3号苹果园土壤营养与果实品质的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between soil nutrition and fruit quality of Yanfu 3 apple orchard in Qingyang area
目的 明确黄土高原旱作区烟富3号苹果园土壤营养状况与果实品质的关系,为果园配方施肥提供参考。 方法 以庆阳地区的12个烟富3号果园为研究对象,测定了土壤营养和果实品质等指标,应用典型相关性分析和回归分析,筛选影响果实品质的主要土壤养分因子。 结果 不同果园苹果果实的果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、山梨糖醇、花青素、维生素C、可滴定酸含量和糖酸比之间存在显著差异;果园土壤有机质、矿质元素含量、pH与苹果果实品质指标之间存在显著或极显著相关性,其中土壤有机质、全铁、全锌、全钾、全磷与果实可溶性固形物、糖类物质、维生素C、花青素含量、硬度及单果质量间存在显著或极显著相关性。 结论 苹果果实品质指标受不同土壤营养因子的影响,其中果园土壤有机质和全钾含量是影响庆阳地区烟富3号果实品质最重要的土壤因子。
Objective The objective of this study was to clarify the relationship between soil nutrient status and fruit quality of Yanfu 3 apple orchard in the upland area of Loess Plateau. Method In the study,the soil nutrients of apple orchards in Qingyang area and fruit quality of 12 Yanfu 3 apple were measured,and the main soil nutrient factors affecting fruit quality were screened out by canonical correlation analysis and regression analysis. Result The results showed that there were significant differences in fructose,sucrose,glucose,sorbitol,anthocyanin,vitamin C,titratable acid,and sugar acid ratio among apple fruits in different orchards.There was a significant or extremely significant correlation between orchard soil organic matter,mineral element content,pH,and apple fruit quality indexes. Among them,there was a significant or extremely significant correlation between soil organic matter,total iron,total zinc,total potassium,total phosphorus,and fruit soluble solids,sugars,vitamin C,anthocyanin content,hardness and single fruit weight. Conclusion Our study suggests that the fruit quality index of Yanfu 3 orchard in Qingyang area is affected by different soil nutrient factors,among which soil organic matter and total potassium content are the most important soil factors affecting fruit quality.
