15种一年生鲜食葡萄枝条的抗寒性评价
Evaluation on cold resistance of annual branches of 15 table-grape varieties
目的 明确15种树龄1 a鲜食葡萄实生苗抗寒性的强弱,旨在为该地区鲜食葡萄品种的推广及耐寒性杂交育种亲本的选择提供理论依据。 方法 对15种鲜食葡萄1年生枝条分别在0、-14、-19、-24、-29、-34 ℃低温处理24 h测定韧皮部相对电导率、抗寒相关指标,应用隶属函数法对其抗寒性进行综合排序。 结果 不同品种间的抗寒性存在差异,15个葡萄品种相对电导率随温度的降低呈递增趋势,半致死温度介于-16.97~-7.33 ℃之间,综合评价结果与半致死温度之间存在极显著的相关关系。运用隶属函数法对各项指标进行综合性评价,并结合半致死温度,可以有效地鉴定葡萄品种间的抗寒性。 结论 15种鲜食葡萄品种的抗寒性强弱顺序为:夏黑>巨峰>玫瑰香>宝光>奇妙无核>月光无核>早黑宝>秋红宝>双丰>紫甜>黄意大利>红意大利>弗雷无核>1198>红太阳。
Objective This study aimed to determine cold resistance of annual seedlings of 15 table-grape varieties,providing a theoretical basis for the extension of table-grape varieties and screening cold-resistant parents of hybrid breeding in the area. Method We measured the relative conductivity of the phloem and related indexes of cold resistance for 15 annual branches of table grapes at temperatures of 0,-14,-19,-24,-29,and -34 ℃ for 24 hours.We used the membership function method to comprehensively rank their cold resistance. Result Our results show that there were differences in cold resistance between different grape varieties.The relative conductivity of all 15 grape varieties increased with decreasing temperature.The semi-lethal temperature ranged from -7.33 to -16.97 ℃.The comprehensive evaluation result was consistent with the semi-lethal temperature,and there was a significant correlation between them.Using the membership function method to comprehensively evaluate various indicators,combined with the semi-lethal temperature,could effectively identify the cold resistance between grape varieties. Conclusion Our study concludes that the cold resistance of the 15 table-grape varieties ranged in the order as follows: Xiahei > Kyoho > Rosexiang > Baoguang > Wonderless Seedless > Moonlight Seedless > Zaoheibao > Autumn Hongbao > Shuangfeng > Purple Sweet > Yellow Italy > Red Italy > Frei Seedless > 1198 > Red Sun.
