陇中黄土高原区不同种植方式对高原夏芹菜品质及产量的影响

陇中黄土高原区不同种植方式对高原夏芹菜品质及产量的影响
Effects of different planting patterns on yield and quality of summer celery in loess plateau of central Gansu
目的 探究种植方式对定西市安定区高原夏芹菜品质和产量的影响。 方法 以甘肃省定西市安定区芹菜品种文图拉为试验材料。在大田条件下,以露地平作(CK)为对照,设置全膜双垄沟播(SL)、覆膜垄作(LM)、无膜垄作(L)、全覆膜平作(PM)4种种植方式,测定全生育期芹菜叶片SPAD值,茎秆中粗纤维素、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、维生素C、生物产量、可食率及经济产量。 结果 平作处理SPAD值在全生育期内持续增长,起垄处理SPAD值在全生育期内先增大后降低。与CK相比,SL处理粗纤维素、维生素C、可溶性固形物均与CK无显著性差异,可溶性糖较CK显著提高34.2%;LM处理维生素C、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖均与CK无显著性差异,粗纤维含量显著提高61%;L处理粗纤维、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物与CK无显著性差异,维生素C含量显著提高56%;PM处理粗纤维、维生素C、可溶性糖与CK无显著性差异,可溶性固形物较CK显著降低25%。LM和L处理显著抑制芹菜株高。各处理芹菜经济产量从大到小排序为PM>CK>SL>LM>L,净利润最优为PM处理。 结论 高原夏芹菜种植方式以全覆膜平作处理最佳。
Objective The study aimed to explore the effect of planting patterns on the quality and yield of summer celery in Anding District of Dingxi City,Gansu Province. Method Celery Wentula from Anding District of Dingxi City was employed as the experimental material.Under field conditions,the four planting patterns were set up as following,i.e.,the whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges (SL),plastic-film mulching on plastic-film mulching (LM),plastic-film mulching on plastic-film mulching (L),and flat planting with whole plastic-film mulching (PM),with traditional planting without mulching as the control (CK).The SPAD value of leaves in the whole growth period,crude cellulose,soluble sugar,soluble solid matter in stem,vitamin C,biological yield,edible rate and economic yield were determined. Result The SPAD value in normal treatment increased continuously during the whole growth period,and the value in ridging treatment increased first and then decreased during the whole growth period.Compared with CK,treatment SL showed no significant difference in crude cellulose,vitamin C and soluble solids,but the soluble sugar was significantly increased by 34.2% in the treatment.Treatment LM had no significant difference with CK in vitamin C,soluble solids and soluble sugar,but crude fiber content increased by 61%.The content of crude fiber,soluble sugar and soluble solids in treatment L was not significantly different from CK,but the vitamin C content was significantly increased by 56% in the treatment.Compared with CK,PM had no significant difference in crude fiber,vitamin C and soluble sugar,but its soluble solid content is significantly reduced by 25%.Treatment LM and L significantly inhibited the height of celery plants.The order of economic output of celery from large to small was treatment PM>CK>SL>LM>L.Treatment PM was the best in net profit. Conclusion It is concluded that the best planting mode of highland summer celery is the flat planting with whole plastic-film mulching.
