氮磷钾肥配施对黄花木本曼陀罗生长及东莨菪碱含量的影响

氮磷钾肥配施对黄花木本曼陀罗生长及东莨菪碱含量的影响
Effect of combined application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on Brugmansia arborea with yellow flower growth and scopolamine content
目的 探究氮、磷、钾配方施肥对黄花木本曼陀罗生长及东莨菪碱含量的影响。 方法 以黄花木本曼陀罗为材料,在盆栽试验条件下,共设置复合肥(0.48 g/kg N + 0.48 g/kg P2O5+0.48 g/kg K2O,T1)、复合肥+尿素(0.96 g/kg N + 0.48 g/kg P2O5 + 0.48 g/kg K2O,T2)、尿素(0.48 g/kg N + 0 g/kgP2O5 + 0 g/kg K2O,T3)、磷酸二氢钾(0 g/kgN + 0.73 g/kgP2O5 + 0.48 g/kg K2O,T4)、过磷酸钙(0 g/kgN+0.48 g/kgP2O5 + 0 g/kg K2O,T5)5个不同的处理,以不施肥为对照组(CK),研究了氮、磷、钾配方施肥对黄花木本曼陀罗生长发育和不同组织部位中东莨菪碱含量的影响。 结果 T2复合肥与尿素同施使黄花木本曼陀罗生长最好,而T4单施磷酸二氢钾不利于提高植株形态指标;T4磷酸二氢钾处理使黄花木本曼陀罗一年生非木质化茎、嫩叶和花蕾中东莨菪碱含量最高,且植株中东莨菪碱总量显著高于对照组;T1、T2和T3组各部位东莨菪碱含量均显著低于对照组,T1、T2、T3和T5组植株中东莨菪碱总含量均显著降低。 结论 氮磷钾同施可以显著提高黄花木本曼陀罗的生长发育,却降低了东莨菪碱含量;单施磷酸二氢钾显著提高了黄花木本曼陀罗中东莨菪碱含量。
Objective To study the effect of combined application of nitrogen (N),phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) fertilizers on Brugmansia arborea with yellow flower growth and scopolamine content. Method Using potted B.arborea with yellow flower as the material,six different fertilizer treatments were set as follows:compound fertilizer 0.48 g/kg N+0.48 g/kg P2O5 + 0.48 g/kg K2O (T1),compound fertilizer and carbamide 0.96 g/kg N+0.48 g/kg P2O5+0.48 g/kg K2O (T2),carbamide 0.48 g/kg N+0 g/kg P2O5+0 g/kg K2O (T3),potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0 g/kg N+0.73 g/kg P2O5 +0.48 g/kg K2O (T4),calcium superphosphate 0 g/kg N + 0.48 g/kg P2O5+0 g/kg K2O (T5),and no fertilization as the control experiment (CK).The effect of N,P and K formula fertilization on growth and scopolamine content in different parts of B.arborea with yellow flower was studied. Result The combination of compound fertilizer and carbamide (T2) resulted in the best growth of Brugmansia arborea with yellow flower,while potassium dihydrogen phosphate (T4) alone did not promote plant growth.The scopolamine content in annual non-woody stem,young leaf and flower bud of B.arborea with yellow flower treated with potassium dihydrogen phosphate (T4) was the highest,and the total amount of scopolamine in plants was significantly higher than that in the control group.The content of scopolamine in each part in T1,T2,and T3 groups was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total amount of scopolamine in plants in T1,T2,T3,and T5 groups was significantly decreased. Conclusion The combined application of N,P and K significantly increased the growth and development of B.arborea with yellow flower,but decreased scopolamine content.Application of potassium dihydrogen phosphate significantly increased scopolamine content.
