水杨酸及5-氨基乙酰丙酸对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的缓解效应

Alleviating effects of salicylic acid and 5-aminolevulinic acid on maize seedlings under salt stress
目的 探究盐胁迫下不同浓度外源水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)、5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-Aminolevulinic acid,5-ALA)及两者的复合处理对玉米幼苗的缓解效应。 方法 以盐敏感自交系PH4CV玉米为试验材料,在180 mmol/L的盐胁迫条件下,加入不同浓度的SA、5-ALA处理液及其最佳浓度复合处理液,测定玉米幼苗的苗长、根长、地上鲜质量和地下鲜质量,叶片和根系的过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、超氧化为歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)活性。 结果 在盐胁迫下,当外源SA、5-ALA单独施用时,随着浓度的增加,玉米幼苗的苗长、根长、地上鲜质量、地下鲜质量和玉米幼苗叶片和根系的CAT、SOD、POD活性基本呈现先增加后下降的趋势,浓度过高会抑制玉米幼苗的生长发育;当最佳浓度SA、5-ALA复合施用时,玉米幼苗的各表型性状和生理特性都呈增加的趋势,且比两种激素单独施用的缓解效果好。多指标模糊隶属函数法综合评价表明:0.5 mmol/L SA、50 mg/L 5-ALA单独施用和1/2(50 mg/L 5-ALA)+0.5 mmol/L SA复合施用时,缓解玉米幼苗盐胁迫的效果较好。 结论 单独添加适宜浓度的外源SA、5-ALA均能增强玉米幼苗的耐盐性,并且两者复合施用时,会有相互促进的作用,对盐胁迫的缓解效果更佳。
Objective The mitigating effects of different concentrations of exogenous salicylic acid (SA),5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) and their optimal concentration on maize seedlings under salt stress were investigated. Method The salt-sensitive inbred line PH4CV was used as the experimental material. Under the condition of 180 mmol/L salt stress,different concentrations of SA,5-ALA treatment solution and their optimal concentration composite treatment solution were added to determine the seedling length,root length,aboveground fresh weight and underground fresh weight of maize seedlings,and the activities of catalase (CAT),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in leaves and roots. Result Under salt stress,when exogenous SA and 5-ALA were applied alone,with increasing concentration,seedling length,root length,aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight of maize seedlings and CAT,SOD and POD activities of leaves and roots of maize seedlings first increased and then decreased. Excessive concentration would affect the growth anddevelopment of maize seedlings. When the optimal concentration of SA and 5-ALA was applied,the phenotypic and physiological characteristics of maize seedlings showed an increasing trend,and the mitigating effect was better than the two hormones alone. Conclusion The multi-index fuzzy membership function method was used for comprehensive evaluation. When the concentration of SA and 5-ALA was 0.5 mmol/L SA and 50 mg/L 5-ALA,and the combination ratio of the two hormones was 1/2 (50 mg/L 5-ALA) + 0.5 mmol/L SA,the effect of alleviating salt stress in maize seedlings was the best.
