河西走廊张掖产区蛇龙珠葡萄果实最佳采收期的确定

河西走廊张掖产区蛇龙珠葡萄果实最佳采收期的确定
Determination of the best harvest time of Cabernet Gernischet grape in Zhangye of Hexi Corridor
目的 为了确定河西走廊张掖产区蛇龙珠葡萄果实的最佳采收期。 方法 以甘肃河西走廊张掖产区蛇龙珠葡萄为材料,共设置6个不同采收时期,测定葡萄果实的可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、总酚、单宁、糖组分和有机酸组分等指标,并结合主成分分析,确定河西走廊张掖产区蛇龙珠葡萄最佳采收期。 结果 随着采收时间的延迟,蛇龙珠葡萄果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖均表现出逐渐增加的趋势,在花后第106天时达到最大值,分别为24.53%和24.03%;可滴定酸、酒石酸和苹果酸含量均表现为逐渐降低的趋势,三者含量在花后第106天时均达到最小值,分别为0.63 mg/g、2.55 mg/g、2.15 mg/g;总酚和单宁含量呈前升后降的趋势,在花后第103天时均达最大值,分别为23.13 mg/g和6.45 mg/g,随后逐渐降低。通过对16个指标进行主成分分析,综合得出在花后第100天,103天和106天采收的蛇龙珠葡萄的综合品质排名在前三。 结论 蛇龙珠葡萄的最佳采收期范围为花后第100~106天,其中花后第103天时采收的果实综合品质最佳。
Objective The study aimed to determine the best harvest period of Cabernet Gernischet grapes in Zhangye region of Hexi Corridor in Gansu. Method The Cabernet Gernischet grapes in Zhangye production area of Hexi Corridor were used as materials,and six different harvesting periods were set up,followed by determining the soluble sugar,soluble solids,titratable acid,total phenols,tannins,sugar components and organic Acid components and other indicators,and then determined the optimal harvesting period of Cabernet Gernischet grapes in Zhangye production area by using the principal component analysis. Result With the delay of harvesting time,both the soluble solids and soluble sugar of Cabernet Gernischet grape fruit showed an up-forward trend,which reached the maximum at 106 DAF and were 24.53% and 24.03%,respectively; titratable acid,tartaric acid and malic acid content showed a down-forward trend.The contents of the three all reached the minimum values at 106 DAF,which were 0.63 mg/g,2.55 mg/g,and 2.15 mg/g,respectively.The total phenolic and tannin contents reached the maximum at 103 ADF,which were 23.13 mg/g and 6.45 mg/g,respectively,and then gradually decreased.Through principal component analysis of 16 indicators,it was concluded that the comprehensive quality of Cabernet Gernischet grapes harvested at 100 DAF,103 DAF and 106 DAF ranked in the top three. Conclusion The optimal harvest period of Cabernet Gernischet grape was from 100 DAF to 106 DAF,and the fruits harvested at 103 DAF was the best in the comprehensive quality.
