甘肃陇东地区10个苹果品种的糖酸组分及抗氧化物质

甘肃陇东地区10个苹果品种的糖酸组分及抗氧化物质
Study on sugar and acid components and three antioxidants of 10 apple cultivars in Longdong area of Gansu Province
目的 研究陇东地区近年来引种的10个苹果品种的糖酸组分及3种抗氧化物质的含量与差异,为品种的栽培推广提供参考依据。 方法 测定中秋王、瑞阳、伊美、福丽、凉香、华红、瑞雪、延长红、寒富、烟富3号(CK)10个品种的糖酸组分及总酚、类黄酮、VC含量,并进行综合评价。 结果 10个品种的糖酸组分及3种抗氧化物质含量差异较大,基于隶属函数分析,综合排名为福丽>瑞阳>瑞雪>伊美>凉香>华红>延长红>寒富>烟富3号>中秋王。福丽的总酚含量和类黄酮含量显著高于其他品种,分别为1.84 和0.79 mg/g;瑞阳的甜酸比较高,为26.01;瑞雪的总糖、总酸含量较高,分别为96.79和6.462 mg/g,是对照品种烟富3号的1.14倍和1.67倍。 结论 福丽、瑞阳、瑞雪这3个品种的综合品质较好,综合排名靠前,但作为陇东地区优异鲜食苹果品种推广,还需进一步结合生长结果等特性进行考察。
Objective To study the contents and differences of sugar and acid components and three antioxidants in 10 cultivars introduced in the Longdong area in recent years,and to provide a reference for the cultivation and promotion of the cultivars. Method Indicators including sugar and acid content,total phenolic content,flavonoid content and VC content of 10 cultivars were measured and comprehensively analyzed. Result The contents of sugar and acid components and three antioxidants of ten cultivars were significantly different,and based on the membership function analysis,the comprehensive ranking of ten cultivars was Fuli > Ruiyang > Ruixue > Envy > Liangxiang > Huahong > Yanchanghong > Hanfu > Yanfu No. 3 > Zhongqiuwang. The total phenolic content and flavonoid content of Fuli were significantly higher than those of other cultivars,which were 1.84 and 0.79 mg/g,respectively.The sweet-acid ratio of Ruiyang was 26.01 and the total sugar and total acid contents of Ruixue were 96.79 and 6.462 mg/g,respectively,which were 1.14 and 1.67 times higher than those of the control cultivars. Conclusion Fuli,Ruiyang and Ruixue had good overall quality of sugar and acid components and three antioxidants,and ranked first in the overall ranking; however,as excellent fresh apple cultivars promoted in Longdong area,further research should be conducted in combination with growth results and other characteristics.
