异硫氰酸烯丙酯对兰州百合枯萎病的防治
Function of allyl isothiocyanate esters in the control of Lanzhou lily wilt disease
目的 研究异硫氰酸烯丙酯(ally lisothiocyanate,AITC)熏蒸应用于百合土传病防治效果的可能性。 方法 采用盆栽试验,在不同温度及湿度条件下,对接种了尖孢镰刀菌的栽培基质进行AITC熏蒸处理。采用完全随机试验设计,共设不接菌、不熏蒸处理(CK1),接种镰刀菌、不熏蒸处理(CK2),接种镰刀菌、温度10 ℃、相对湿度13%、AITC熏蒸处理(LTLR,低温低湿处理); 接种镰刀菌、温度10℃、相对湿度>16%处理(LTHR,低温高湿处理); 接种镰刀菌、温度25℃、相对湿度13%、AITC熏蒸处理(HTLR,高温低湿处理);接种镰刀菌,温度25 ℃、相对湿度>16%、AITC熏蒸处理 (HTHR,高温高湿处理) 6种处理。测定不同处理下兰州百合植株的生长及生理指标。 结果 不同温度及湿度条件下进行AITC处理,对百合植株枯萎病发病程度均有显著影响。在高温高湿条件下,AITC熏蒸处理可以有效缓解枯萎病的发生。与CK2相比,其发病率和病情指数分别降低了26.7%,26.5%;但AITC低温熏蒸处理却提高了枯萎病发病程度(P<0.05),且以低温低湿处理后发生程度最严重。与CK2相比,低温低湿(LTLR)处理发病率和病情指数分别增加了266.3%,635.3%。与高温高湿处理(HTHR)相比,低温低湿处理(LTLR)百合株高茎粗的生长量、叶片根系活力、叶绿素含量、还原糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量分别下降了9.20%、19.42%、85.10%、17.21%、83.75%、88.22%;植株抗氧化酶活性降低、渗透调节物质含量增大。 结论 AITC作为一种新型生物熏蒸剂,在高温高湿条件下,可以有效缓解枯萎病的发生,在食用百合枯萎病防治及连作障碍治理中具有应用价值。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of AITC for the control of soil-borne lily diseases. Method The culture medium inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum was fumigated with AITC under different temperature and humidity conditions using the pot test.A completely randomized design was used in the experiment,which included no inoculation,no fumigation (CK1),inoculation with Fusarium,no fumigation (CK2),inoculation with Fusarium,temperature 10 ℃,relative humidity 13%,AITC fumigation (LTLR,low temperature and low humidity treatment);Fusarium inoculation,temperature 10 ℃,relative humidity > 16% treatment (LTHR,low temperature and high humidity treatment);Fusarium inoculation,temperature 25 ℃,relative humidity 13%,AITC fumigation treatment (HTLR,high temperature and low humidity treatment);Fusarium inoculation,temperature 25 ℃,relative humidity >16%,AITC fumigation (HTHR).The growth and physiological indices of Lanzhou lily plants under different treatments were measured. Result AITC treatment under different temperature and humidity conditions had a significant effect on the degree of wilt development in lily plants.Under high temperature and humidity conditions,AITC fumigation treatments were effective in reducing wilt incidence.Incidence and disease index were reduced by 26.7% and 26.5% respectively compared to CK2.However,the AITC low temperature fumigation treatment significantly increased the incidence of wilt,with the most severe incidence occurring after the low temperature and low humidity treatment,which increased the incidence and disease index by 266.3% and 635.3%,respectively,compared to CK2.Compared with the high temperature and high humidity treatment (HTHR),the low temperature and low humidity treatment (LTLR) decreased the growth of lily plant height,stem thickness,leaf root vigor,chlorophyll content,reducing sugar content and soluble protein content by 9.20%,19.42%,85.10%,17.21%,83.75% and 88.22% respectively; the antioxidant enzyme activity of the plants decreased and the content of osmoregulatory substances increased. Conclusion As a new type of biofumigant,AITC can effectively alleviate the occurrence of wilt disease under high temperature and high humidity conditions,and has application value in controlling wilt disease and preventing continuous cultivation of edible lily.
