浸种处理对兰州百合发芽、产量和品质的影响

浸种处理对兰州百合发芽、产量和品质的影响
Effects of seed soaking treatment on germination,yield and quality of Lanzhou lily
目的 为筛选出效果较好的兰州百合种球浸种剂配方。 方法 依据种子表面消毒及种子生物引发技术原理设计了6个浸种剂配方,CK(不浸种)、T1(Ms培养基4.42 g/L+NAA 0.11 g/L+多菌灵0.33 g/L+阿维菌素0.20 g/L)、T2(Ms培养基4.42 g/L+NAA 0.11 g/L+T8微生物菌剂5 mL/L)、T3(用磷酸二氢钾0.33 g/L+生根粉1.67 g/L+多菌灵0.33 g/L+阿维菌素0.20 g/L)、T4(用磷酸二氢钾0.33 g/L+生根粉1.67 g/L+T8微生物菌剂5 mL/L)、T5(T8微生物菌剂5 mL/L),分析了各处理百合的发芽指标、植株生长状况和产量品质指标。 结果 不同的浸种处理均能改变兰州百合的生长、产量构成和品质。T4处理效果最好,T5处理次之。与CK相比,T4和T5处理的发芽势分别增加了30.43%和13.51%。各处理改变了兰州百合的产量及构成,T4和T5处理较CK产量分别显著提高33.28%和22.61%,同时提高兰州百合可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量,降低硝酸盐含量。 结论 磷酸二氢钾+生根粉+微生物菌剂配方(T4)促进兰州百合的生长、提高产量及优化品质效果最好,微生物菌剂(T5)单独使用效果次之。
Objective To screen the formula of seed ball soaking agent for Lanzhou lily. Method Six seed soak formulations were developed based on the principles of seed surface disinfection and seed bioinitiation technology,CK (bulb not treated);T1 (Ms medium 4.42 g/L + NAA 0.11 g/L + carbendazim 0.33 g/L + avermectin 0.20 g/L);T2 (Ms medium 4.42 g/L + NAA 0.11 g/L + microbial inoculation);T3 (potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.33 g/L + rooting powder1.67 g/L + carbendazim 0.33 g/L + avermectin 0.20 g/L);T4 (potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.33 g/L + rooting powder 1.67 g/L + microbial inoculation);T5 (soaking microbial inoculants). Result Different seed soaking treatments were able to alter the growth,yield composition and quality of Lanzhou lily,with T4 treatment being the most effective and T5 treatment the second most effective.Compared with CK,the germination on potential of T4 and T5 treatments increased by 30.43% and 13.51%,respectively.The treatments changed the yield and composition of Lanzhou lily.T4 and T5 treatments significantly increased the yield by 33.28% and 22.61% respectively compared to CK,and also increased soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C and decreased nitrate content of Lanzhou lily. Conclusion T4 treatment had the best effect on promoting growth and optimizing quality of Lanzhou lily,followed by T5 treatment.
