氨基酸肥料对日光温室辣椒生长、产量及品质的影响

氨基酸肥料对日光温室辣椒生长、产量及品质的影响
Effects of amino acid fertilizer dosage on growth,yield and quality of pepper in solar greenhouse
目的 以华美105辣椒为试材,研究两种氨基酸肥料对日光温室辣椒生长、产量与产品品质的影响。 方法 以不施氨基酸肥(CK)为对照,设置不同用量动物源氨基酸肥料T和植物源氨基酸肥料A,两种肥料各设置270、405、540 kg/hm2 3个质量浓度梯度。 结果 增施两种氨基酸肥料均可不同程度促进辣椒植株的生长,提高产量,改善果实品质。两种肥料均以270 kg/hm2浓度处理的增产效果较好,以540 kg/hm2处理对果实品质提升的效果较好。动物源氨基酸肥料T的增产和改善果实品质的效果均优于植物源氨基酸肥料A。动物源氨基酸肥料T处理较CK增产8.21%~13.02%,植物源氨基酸肥料A处理较CK增产7.61%~10.52%;动物源氨基酸肥料T处理的VC、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量较CK分别提高19.19%~38.38%、12.37%~35.78%、27.27%~59.09%;植物源氨基酸肥料A处理的VC、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量较CK分别提高11.11%~19.19%、7.69%~23.74%、24.54%~50%。 结论 两种氨基酸肥料均可促进日光温室越冬茬辣椒的生长,提高产量并改善品质,动物源氨基酸肥料T的增产和改善果实品质的效果均优于植物源氨基酸肥料A。
Objective To study the effects of two amino acid fertilizers on the growth,yield and product quality of Huamei 105 pepper in a solar greenhouse. Method No amino acid fertilizer (CK) was used as a control,and different amounts of animal amino acid fertilizer T and plant amino acid fertilizer A were set.Three concentration gradients of 270 kg/hm2,405 kg/hm2 and 540 kg/hm2 were set for each of the two fertilizers. Result The addition of two types of amino acid fertilizer could promote the growth of pepper plants,increase the yield and improve the fruit quality.For both fertilizers,the 270 kg/hm2 treatment had a better effect on increasing yield and the 540 kg/hm2 treatment had a better effect on improving fruit quality.The effect of animal amino acid fertilizer T on increasing yield and improving fruit quality was better than that of plant amino acid fertilizer A.Compared with CK,animal source amino acid fertilizer T treatment increased yield by 8.21%~13.02%,and plant source amino acid fertilizer A treatment increased yield by 7.6%~10.52%.Compared with CK,the contents of VC,soluble sugar and soluble protein were increased by 19.19%~38.38%,12.37%~35.78% and 27.27%~59.09%,respectively.Compared with CK,the contents of VC,soluble sugar and soluble protein were increased by 11.11%~19.19%,7.69%~23.74% and 24.54%~50% respectively,in plant source amino acid fertilizer A. Conclusion Both types of amino acid fertilizer can promote the growth,increase yield and improve quality of overwintering pepper in solar greenhouses.Animal source amino acid fertilizer T has a better effect on increasing yield and improving fruit quality than plant source amino acid fertilizer A.
