不同肥料配施对樱桃叶片生长及矿质元素的影响

不同肥料配施对樱桃叶片生长及矿质元素的影响
Effects of various fertilizer combinations on leaf growth and mineral elements in cherry sapling
目的 探究不同肥料配施对美早樱桃叶片生长及矿质元素含量的影响,为兰州地区樱桃种植园合理施肥提供理论依据。 方法 以1年生的美早樱桃为试材,设置10种不同肥料配施,分别在萌芽期、新梢旺长期、盛花期进行3次施肥处理,通过测定樱桃叶片叶绿素含量、叶面积及光合参数和叶片矿质元素,分析在不同施肥处理下樱桃叶片生长及叶片中矿质元素含量。 结果 除7月11日,T9处理在其他时期叶绿素含量均为最高,叶片SPAD平均值(48.19)较CK(46.45)增长了3.75%,叶片净光合速率为9.42 μmol/mol,是CK的1.97倍。T3是叶片中铜、铁、锌元素含量增长最多的处理,较CK分别提高了25.97%、13.53%、36.35%,T9处理樱桃叶片矿质元素氮、磷含量最高,较CK分别提高了0.64%、15.56%,T2次之;T9、T10处理叶片中钾、钙、锰元素含量显著高于其他处理,分别为10 039.68、10 024.59,1 776.18、1 784.01,167.06、89.04 mg/kg。 结论 综合比较筛选出T9为樱桃叶片生长的最佳肥料配施。此外,经过叶面积与叶片光合特性及叶片矿质元素的相关性分析,发现樱桃叶片叶面积的大小与光合参数及矿质元素钙、铜呈现重要的相关性。
Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of different fertilizer combinations on leaf growth and mineral element content in Meizao cherry trees,laying a theoretical foundation for optimal fertilization practices in cherry plantations in Lanzhou. Method One-year-old Meizao cherry trees were selected as the experimental subjects.Ten distinct fertilizers were utilized,and fertilization treatments were administered at the germination stage,new shoot vigorous growth stage,and full-bloom stage,respectively.Chlorophyll content,leaf area,photosynthetic parameters,and leaf mineral element levels were assessed to examine the effects of various fertilization treatments on cherry leaf growth and mineral element content. Result The results revealed that,with the exception of July 11,treatment T9 exhibited the highest chlorophyll content during other periods.The average SPAD value of leaves (48.19) was 3.75% greater than that of the control group (CK) (46.45).The net photosynthetic rate of leaves in treatment groups was notably higher,with a value of 9.42 μmol/mol,representing a 1.97-fold increase compared to CK.Treatment T3 demonstrated the most significant increase in copper,iron,and zinc content in the leaves,showing increments of 25.97%,13.53%,and 36.35% over CK,respectively.Furthermore,the highest nitrogen and phosphorus content in cherry leaves was observed in treatment T9,with values 0.64% and 15.56% higher than CK,respectively,followed by T2.Potassium,calcium,and manganese levels in the leaves of treatments T9 and T10 were markedly higher than in the other treatments,at 10 039.68,10 024.59,1 776.18,1 784.01,167.06 and 89.04 mg/kg,respectively. Conclusion In conclusion,the fertilizer combination in treatment T9 proved to be the most effective for promoting cherry leaf growth.Furthermore,through correlation analysis of leaf area,photosynthetic characteristics,and leaf mineral elements,it was determined that the leaf area of cherry leaves exhibited significant correlations with photosynthetic parameters,as well as mineral elements such as calcium and copper.
