铁镁锌配施对兰州百合根系活力及产量质量的影响

铁镁锌配施对兰州百合根系活力及产量质量的影响
Effect of combined iron-magnesium-zinc application on root activity,yield and quality of Lanzhou lily
目的 探究铁、镁、锌肥配施对兰州百合根系活力及产量质量的影响,以期为兰州百合绿色高产栽培技术提供科学依据。 方法 采用“3414”正交试验设计方案,测定铁、镁、锌肥配施对兰州百合根系活力及产量质量。 结果 铁肥5 kg/hm2的600倍液+镁肥5 kg/hm2的800倍液+锌肥5 kg/hm2的800倍液混合喷施对兰州百合根系活力及产量质量影响最佳,鲜、干产量分别为5 864.8 kg/hm2、1 646.7 kg/hm2,分别较对照增加1 238.5、535.3 kg/hm2;根系活力为127.55 μg/(g·h),较对照增加68.68 μg/(g·h);鼠李糖、木糖、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、浸出物含量分别为1.069%、1.182%、2.757%、4.519%、11.151%、44.70%,分别较对照增加15.06%、74.67%、144.21%、44.50%、84.00%、45.78%。 结论 铁肥5 kg/hm2的600倍液+镁肥5 kg/hm2的800倍液+锌肥5 kg/hm2的800倍液混合喷施效果最佳,两两配施对其根系活力及产量质量促进作用由高到低依次铁镁>镁锌>铁锌,单素施肥对其根系活力及产量质量促进作用由高到低依次为锌>铁>镁。铁、镁、锌肥配施对兰州百合根系活力及产量质量具有显著影响,不施肥或过量施肥均会抑制兰州百合的根系活力,降低产量质量。
Objective To study the effects of combined application of iron,magnesium and zinc fertilizers on root activity,yield and quality of Lanzhou lily,in order to provide a scientific basis for the green and high-yield cultivation technology of Lanzhou lily. Method A "3414" orthogonal experimental design was used to determine the effects of combined application of iron,magnesium,and zinc fertilizers on the root activity,yield,and quality of Lanzhou Lily. Result The best effect of mixed spraying of 600 times solution of 5 kg/hm2 of iron fertilizer,800 times solution of 5 kg/hm2 of magnesium fertilizer,and 800 times solution of 5 kg/hm2 of zinc fertilizer on the root vitality,yield and quality of Lanzhou lily is achieved.The fresh and dry yields were 5 864.8 kg/hm2 and 1 646.7 kg/hm2,respectively,increased by 1 238.5 kg/hm2 and 535.3 kg/hm2 compared with the control.Root activity is 127.55 μg/(g·h),increased by 68.68 μg/(g·h) compared to the control group.The contents of rhamnose,xylose,fructose,glucose,sucrose,and extract were 1.069%,1.182%,2.757%,4.519%,11.151% and 44.70% respectively,increasing by 15.06%,74.67%,144.21%,44.50%,84.00% and 45.78% compared to the control. Conclusion T6 has the best effect,which is a mixed application of 600 times the liquid of iron fertilizer 5 kg/hm2+800 times the liquid of magnesium fertilizer 5 kg/hm2+800 times the liquid of zinc fertilizer 5 kg/hm2 solution.The promoting effect of paired fertilization on root vitality,yield,and quality is from high to low,followed by iron-magnesium>magnesium- zinc>iron-zinc.The promoting effect of single element fertilization on root vitality,yield,and quality is from high to low,followed by zinc>iron>magnesium.The combined application of iron,magnesium,and zinc fertilizers has a significant effect on the root activity,yield,and quality of Lanzhou lily,no fertilization or excessive fertilization will inhibit the root activity of Lanzhou lily and reduce the yield and quality.
