香瓜茄扦插苗生长发育及光合特性对不同光照时间的响应
Response of growth and photosynthetic characteristics of pepino cutting seedlings to different light time
目的 确定培育香瓜茄扦插苗的最佳光照时长,研究人工气候环境条件下香瓜茄扦插苗对光照时长的响应。 方法 以香瓜茄甜圆果型栽培种为试验材料,分别设置 6、9、12、15、18 h共5个光照时长处理,分析不同光照时长下香瓜茄扦插苗生长发育及光合特性的差异。 结果 适宜光照时长处理下植株地上地下部生长发育良好,叶肉细胞结构清晰,栅栏组织细胞排列整齐紧凑,海绵组织细胞分布致密,且光合效率较高;随着光照时间的延长,香瓜茄扦插苗蔗糖合成酶,蔗糖磷酸合成酶变化趋势呈现稳定状态,可溶性糖含量呈现先上升后下降趋势;光照时长超过12 h,香瓜茄扦插苗植株长势减弱。通过对香瓜茄扦插苗生长指标、根系构型、光合色素含量、光合参数、光合产物及相关酶活性等指标进行主成分分析,得到3个主成分,其累计贡献率为93.996%,通过对3个主成分的特征值加权计算15个性状主成分因子的综合得分,其中光照9 h和12 h处理得分明显高于其他处理。 结论 适合香瓜茄扦插苗生长发育的光照时长是9~12 h。
Objective In order to determine the optimal light duration for cultivating pepino cutting seedlings,the study was conducted to explore the response of pepino cutting seedlings to light duration under artificial climatic conditions. Method In this study,the cutting seedlings of the sweet round fruit cultivar of pepino was employed as the experimental materials,and five light duration treatments (i.e.,6 h,9 h,12 h,15 h and 18 h) were set up to analyze the differences in growth and photosynthetic characteristics of the cutting seedlings under different light durations. Result Under the treatment of appropriate light duration,the aboveground and underground parts of the plant grew well,the mesophyll cell structure was clear,the palisade tissue cells were arranged neatly and compactly,the sponge tissue cells were densely distributed,and the photosynthetic efficiency was high.With the extension of light time,both sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase in the pepino cutting seedlings showed a stable variation,and the soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased.When the illumination time exceeded 12 h,the growth of pepino cutting seedlings weakened.Through the principal component analysis for the growth index,root configuration,photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthetic parameters,photosynthetic products and related enzyme activities of pepino cutting seedlings,three principal components were obtained,with the cumulative contribution rate of 93.996%.The comprehensive scores of the principal component factors for 15 traits were calculated by weighting the eigenvalues of the three principal components.The scores of 9 h and 12 h treatments were significantly higher than that of other treatments. Conclusion The light duration of 9~12 h is suitable for the growth and development of pepino cutting seedlings.
