黄连重金属污染分析及其健康风险评估

黄连重金属污染分析及其健康风险评估
Analysis of heavy metal pollution in Rhizoma Coptidis and its health risk assessment
目的 研究不同产区5年生黄连中重金属存在现状并对其进行健康风险评估,为不同产区精准治理重金属污染问题提供理论依据。 方法 采用电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES)测定不同产地共计39份5年生黄连根部组织中Cu、Cd、Pb、As、Hg 5种重金属含量。利用每日最大可耐受摄入量(EDI)、靶标危害系数(THQ)和致癌风险(CR)评估模型进行健康风险评估。 结果 39份黄连样本中重金属Cu、Pb、Cd、As、Hg的平均含量分别为20.77、3.27、0.53、0.14、0.002 mg/kg。参照《中国药典》(2020年版)中给出的重金属及有害元素一致性限量指导值规定,该39份黄连中有7份Pb含量超标,超标率为17.95%,分别是开州、眉山、北川、峨眉、彭州的样本;有19份Cu含量超标,超标率为48.17%,分别是利川、石柱、眉山、北川、峨眉、彭州的样本;Cd、As、Hg的含量均在规定范围内。健康风险评估结果显示,该研究中黄连的5种重金属含量对成人和儿童的EDI值均小于PTDI,THQ值均小于1,CQ值均小于10-6,说明对人体无明显健康影响。 结论 结合不同产区黄连重金属污染现状,有针对性进行重金属污染治理,可以减少源头污染,保障黄连临床用药安全。
Objective The study aimed to investigate the present situation of heavy metals in 5-year-old Rhizoma Coptidis in different production areas and assess its risk for health,laying a theoretical basis for precise control of heavy metal pollution in different areas. Method The Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used to determine the contents of Cu,Cd,Pb,As and Hg in the root tissues of 39 5-year-old Rhizoma Coptidis from different regions.Health risk assessment was performed by using the maximum estimated daily intake (EDI),target hazard quotients (THQ) and carcinogenic risks (CR) assessment models. Result The average contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg in the samples were 20.77,3.27,0.53,0.14 and 0.002 mg/kg,respectively.According to the guidance of the consistency limit of heavy metals and harmful elements provided by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition),the content of Pb in 7 of the 39 samples exceeded the standard,with an exceeding rate of 17.95%,which were samples from Kaizhou,Meishan,Beichuan,Emei and Pengzhou.There were 19 samples in which the Cu content exceeded the standard,with an exceeding rate of 48.17%,which were sampled from Lichuan,Shizhu,Meishan,Beichuan,Emei and Pengzhou.The contents of Cd,As and Hg were within the specified range in all samples.The results of health risk assessment showed that the EDI values of the five heavy metal contents in Rhizoma Coptidis for adults and children were less than PTDI,the THQ values were less than 1,and the CQ values were less than 10-6,indicating that there was no significant impact on human body health. Conclusion Combined with the assessment on current situation of heavy metal pollution in Rhizoma Coptidis in different production areas,the targeted control of heavy metal pollution could reduce source pollution and ensure the safety of clinical medication of Rhizoma Coptidis.
