陇南地区8个茶品种品质评价
Quality assessment of eight tea varieties in Longnan region
目的 陇南茶树的栽培历史较短,短期内广泛地引种栽培导致该地区茶树品种繁杂,优选适宜该区域的茶树品种,以提升茶叶品质。 方法 以陇南地区引进栽培的8个茶树品种为材料,通过对与茶叶品质相关的主要化学成分的分析测定,定量研究了不同品种之间茶叶品质的差异。 结果 8个品种茶叶的茶多酚、茶氨酸、咖啡碱、水浸出物和茶多糖含量分别为6.18%~13.91%、4.47%~9.23%、0.89%~3.04%、25.28%~45.14%、7.62~10.22 mg/g,品种之间水浸出物和咖啡碱的差异最为明显,具有高茶氨酸、低茶多酚的特异性品质,更适制绿茶;8个品种茶叶的平均锌含量为77.27 μg/g,具有富锌的特异性品质;乌牛早水浸出物、茶多糖、茶多酚、儿茶素类等综合品质最高,生化品质综合得分最高,为1.11。 结论 陇南地区茶叶内含物丰富,生化品质安全水平高,其中乌牛早是最值得在陇南地区推广的茶品种。
Objective The objective of this study was to address the relatively short cultivation history of tea trees in Longnan.The rapid and extensive introduction and cultivation of tea varieties in this region have resulted in a complex array of tea types,making it crucial to identify and optimize tea varieties that are best suited for this area. Method To achieve this,eight tea varieties that were introduced and cultivated in Longnan were selected as study materials.The study quantitatively analyzed and determined the differences in tea quality among these varieties by examining the main chemical components associated with tea quality. Result The results indicated that the tea polyphenol content,theanine content,caffeine content,water extract content,and tea polysaccharide content in the eight tea tree varieties ranged from 6.18% to 13.91%,4.47% to 9.23%,0.89% to 3.04%,25.28% to 45.14%,and 7.62 to 10.22 mg/g,respectively.Notably,the most significant differences among the varieties were observed in water extract and caffeine content,with specific qualities such as high theanine and low tea polyphenol content,indicating suitability for green tea production.The average zinc content across the eight tea tree varieties was 77.27 μg/g,suggesting a high concentration of zinc present.The comprehensive quality analysis revealed that Wuniuzao early water exhibited superior qualities in terms of extract,tea polysaccharides,tea polyphenols,catechins,and other attributes,resulting in a comprehensive biochemical quality score of 1.11. Conclusion In conclusion,tea from the Longnan area boasts a diverse range of characteristics and demonstrates high levels of biochemical quality and safety.Among the varieties studied,Wuniuzao stands out as the most promising tea variety for promotion in the Longnan region.
