基于突变级数法的陇南市国道沿线泥石流危害严重性评价
Evaluation of soil and water loss severity along Longnan national highway based on abrupt progression method
目的 通过开展泥石流危险严重性评价以降低泥石流灾害损失,为陇南市的发展规划、应急措施制定和防灾减灾提供一定参考。 方法 以陇南市普通国道沿线35条泥石流沟为研究对象,采用突变级数法,基于孕灾环境、致灾因子、承灾体、知识决策4个维度,构建国道沿线泥石流危害严重性评价体系,对陇南市普通国道沿线泥石流危害严重性进行评估。 结果 陇南市国道沿线泥石流危害严重性阈值范围为:0.688 0~0.765 7,一般(评分值0.688 0~0.688 9)、轻度(0.693 4~0.699 6)、中度(0.706 7~0.720 0)、高度(0.722 4~0.737 3)和极高危险(0.740 8~0.765 7)等级的泥石流沟分别占7.5%、12.5%、15%、27.5%、25%。泥石流高发区位于G212国道的有13个路段,分别为:G212 K461+600、G212 K370+745、G212 K299+680、G212 K358+095、G212 K369+820、G212 K370+110、G212 K656+125、G212 K395+500、G212 K639+015、G212 K299+585、G212 K494+260、G212 K637+100、G212 K650+880;G247国道有6个路段:G247 K861+150、G247 K850+800、G247 K868+500、G247 K595+500、G247 K852+360、G247 K688+850、G247 K600+795,G247国道有1个路段:G567 K176+892。 结论 陇南市国道沿线泥石流严重危害区域位于白龙江、白水江和西汉水流域的宕昌中部、武都中北部、文县中部、礼县中部等地区,影响危险性的主要因素是地质环境、气象水文、植被覆盖和人类活动。
Objective This study aimed to evaluate the severity of debris flow hazards along national highways in Longnan City to mitigate disaster losses and provide references for regional development planning,emergency response strategies,and disaster prevention. Method Thirty-five debris flow gullies along the common national highways in Longnan City were analyzed using the mutation level method.An evaluation system was established based on four dimensions: disaster-conceiving environment,disaster-causing factor,carrier and knowledge decision-making. Result The severity threshold of debris flow along the national highway ranged from 0.68 to 0.77,with severity levels categorized as normal (evaluation score: 0.688 0~0.688 9,7.5%),minor (0.693 4~0.699 6,12.5%),moderate (0.706 7~0.720 0,15%),high (0.722 4~0.737 3,27.5%),and extremely high (0.740 8~0.765 7,25%).High rock flow areas included 13 sections on G212 (K461+600,K370+745,K299+680,K358+095,K369+820,K370+110,K656+125,K395+500,K639+015,K299+585,K494+260,K637+100,K650+880),7 sections on G247 (K861+150,K850+800,K868+500,K595+500,K852+360,K688+850,K600+795),and 1 section on G567 (K176+892),with a total of twenty-one sections. Conclusion The serious harm areas along Longnan National Highway were concentrated in the Bailong River,Baishui River,and Xihan River basins,encompassing central Dangchang,northern Wudu,central Wenxian,and central Li County,with primary influencing factors identified as geological conditions,meteorological-hydrological patterns,vegetation coverage,and anthropogenic activities.
