摘要
科技赋能民生,人们对生活品质的追求不断提升。全自动智能咖啡拉花机以多领域技术融合实现拉花自动化,既推动食品行业科技创新,又以高品质个性化体验,满足人们对美好生活的消费需求。设计灵感来源于3D食品打印技术,以STM32F103ZET6 为核心控制单元,构建了运动平台、图像处理、运动拉花三大核心单元。研究中运用图像处理算法完成图像二值化、连通域标记与边缘检测的图像预处理,实现从原始图像到路径运动参数的转换;采用七段式S型加速减速算法调控步进电机运动,结合光电隔离技术消除信号干扰,保障运动控制精度;设计螺杆旋转式送料结构与可替换式注射喷头,适配不同黏稠度的拉花材料,实现机械自动化在咖啡拉花行业的应用。设备在连续工作状态下稳定性与可靠性良好,可有效替代人工拉花,减少专业咖啡师的重复劳动,助力咖啡行业降低人力成本、提升营业效益,同时为餐饮业技术现代化与品牌差异化发展提供支撑,在高端咖啡厅及家庭消费场景具备广阔的应用前景。
Abstract
Technology empowers people′s livelihood, and people′s pursuit of a better quality of life is constantly rising. The fully automatic intelligent coffee latte art machine realizes latte art automation through the integration of multi-field technologies, which not only drives technological innovation in the food industry, but also meets people′s consumption demand for a better life with high-quality and personalized experience. Inspired by 3D food printing technology, it takes STM32F103ZET6 as the core control unit and constructs three core units: motion platform, image processing and motion latte art. In the research, image processing algorithms are used to complete image preprocessing including image binarization, connected domain marking and edge detection, realizing the conversion from original images to path motion parameters. The seven-segment S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm is adopted to regulate the motion of stepping motors, and photoelectric isolation technology is combined to eliminate signal interference and ensure the accuracy of motion control. A screw rotary feeding structure and replaceable injection nozzles are designed to adapt to latte art materials with different viscosities, realizing the application of mechanical automation in the coffee latte art industry. The equipment features good stability and reliability during continuous operation, which can effectively replace manual latte art and reduce the repetitive work of professional baristas. It helps the coffee industry cut labor costs and improve operational efficiency, and at the same time provides support for the technological modernization and brand differentiation of the catering industry, boasting broad application prospects in high-end coffee shops and household consumption scenarios.
