摘要
为解决ZJ17卷接机组吸丝带轮尾轮轴承易损坏、易堆积烟丝和更换时间长等问题,对吸丝带轮尾轮进行改进,并对二次风选上出口实行烟丝导流,完成尾轮系统优化设计。为增加吸丝带轮尾轮使用寿命,更换轴承型号,外端面实行U型槽迷宫式密封,实现三重防尘机制,内端面实行凸台定位和一体式轮体密封设计;为解决尾轮烟丝堆积问题,在二次风选上出口安装导流块,实现烟丝导流。通过上机对比试验,跟踪安装前后吸丝带轮尾轮维修情况和烟支质量。结果表明,优化后的尾轮系统,尾轮维修频次降低了88.4%,改造后数据波动明显减小,标准差降低了88.9%。该系统的优化设计,有效延长轴承使用寿命,提高了设备有效作业率,缩小了空头剔除率波动范围,保证了烟支质量。
Abstract
To address issues such as frequent damage to the tail pulley bearings of the ZJ17 cigarette winding unit, excessive tobacco accumulation, and prolonged replacement cycles, the tail pulley is optimized with a redesigned secondary air selection outlet featuring a tobacco flow guide, completing the system′s comprehensive optimization. To extend service life, the bearing model is upgraded with a U-shaped groove labyrinth seal on the outer end face, implementing a triple dust-proof mechanism, while the inner end face adopted a boss positioning system and integrated wheel seal design. For effective tobacco management, flow guide blocks are installed at the secondary air outlet. Comparative tests before and after installation tracked maintenance frequency and cigarette quality. Results demonstrate that the optimized system can reduce maintenance frequency by 88.4%, significantly decrease data fluctuations, standard deviation reduced by 88.9%, extend bearing lifespan, improve equipment efficiency, narrow the fluctuation range of head clearance rate, and ensured consistent cigarette quality.
