摘要

随着大规模的新能源并网,电力系统的结构、形态等发生了根本性改变,其电网规划难度逐渐提高。针对此现状,研究提出一种基于双层调度模型和需求分析的新能源电网规划优化模型。该模型将电网调度优化分为两层结构,上层结构中将用户对电价的需求以及响应纳入规划中。下层结构中主要考虑新能源发电的成本消耗,将其作为下层目标函数。通过风电、光伏发电进行预测,以不同时段电价需求分析纳入其中,实现新能源电网规划优化。结果表明,在引入方法后,风光发电的最优消纳率显著提高。在考虑需求后,负荷峰谷差缩小了165.48 kW。研究设计的模型能够有效降低运行成本,并减小负荷波动,具体表现在其运行成本仅为7 584.88万元,最优消纳率达到了83.47%,峰、谷时段负荷差为165.87 MW。研究设计模型能够有效提高新能源的利用效率,降低成本。该方法为新能源电网规划提供了可量化的技术路径与实践范式。

Abstract

With the large-scale integration of new energy sources, the structure and form of the power system undergo fundamental changes, and the difficulty of grid planning is gradually increased. In response to this situation, a new power grid planning optimization model based on a two-layer scheduling model and demand analysis is proposed. This model divides the optimization of power grid scheduling into two layers. The upper layer structure incorporates users' demand for electricity prices and their responses into the planning. The lower layer structure mainly considers the cost consumption of new energy generation and regards it as the lower-level objective function. By predicting wind power and photovoltaic power generation and incorporating the electricity price demand analysis in different time periods, the optimization of the new energy power grid is achieved. The results show that after introducing this method, the optimal consumption rate of wind and solar power generation has significantly improved. After considering the demand, the peak-valley difference of the load has decreased by 165.48 kW. The designed model in the study can effectively reduce operating costs and reduce load fluctuations. Specifically, its operating cost is only 7 584.88 million yuan, the optimal consumption rate reaches 83.47%, and the load difference between peak and valley periods is 165.87 MW. The designed model can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of new energy and reduce costs. This method provides a quantifiable technical path and practical paradigm for the planning of new energy power grids.
