航空材料超音速火焰喷涂 WC–Co17 涂层性能研究

Performance of WC–Co17 coating sprayed by high-velocity oxygen-fuel on aviation materials

摘要

[目的] 评估超音速火焰喷涂 WC–Co17 涂层在典型航空材料(包括 30CrMnSiA 钢、4130 钢和 TC4 钛合金)表面的综合性能，为其在飞机关键部件上的应用提供数据支持。[方法] 通过电偶腐蚀试验、摩擦磨损试验、划痕试验与小能量多冲试验，研究 WC–Co17 涂层的电偶腐蚀行为、耐磨性及结合强度。[结果] 由 4130 钢与带涂层 4130 钢组成的电偶对中，4130 钢为阳极，腐蚀敏感性高(E 级)；由 TC4 钛合金与带涂层 TC4 钛合金组成的偶对中，带涂层样品为阳极，腐蚀敏感性为 C 级。喷涂 WC–Co17 涂层能够显著提升 TC4 钛合金与 30CrMnSiA 钢的耐磨性。WC–Co17 涂层在划痕试验中未被划穿，但出现开裂；WC–Co17 涂层在不同条件下冲击试验后均未出现明显的开裂或脱层，表明涂层具有良好的韧性和结合强度。[结论] WC–Co17 涂层具有优异的耐磨性和良好的韧性与结合强度，但在应用于 4130 钢和 TC4 钛合金时需注意电偶腐蚀的防护控制。

Abstract

[Objective] The comprehensive performance of high-velocity oxygen-fuel (HVOF) sprayed WC–Co17 coating on typical aviation materials i. e. 30CrMnSiA steel, 4130 steel, and TC4 titanium alloy needs to be evaluated to provide data support for its application in critical aircraft components. [Method] The galvanic corrosion behavior, wear resistance, and bonding strength of WC–Co17 coating were studied through galvanic corrosion test, friction-wear test, scratch test, and low-energy multi-impact test. [Result] In the galvanic couple composed of 4130 steel and coated 4130 steel, the 4130 steel acted as the anode and exhibited high corrosion sensitivity (Grade E). For the couple of TC4 titanium alloy and coated TC4 titanium alloy, the coating served as the anode with a moderate corrosion sensitivity (Grade C). The WC–Co17 coating significantly improved the wear resistance of both TC4 titanium alloy and 30CrMnSiA steel. During scratch testing, the coating was not penetrated but showed cracking. After impact tests under different conditions, the coating displayed no obvious cracking or delamination, indicating good toughness and bonding strength. [Conclusion] The WC–Co17 coating possesses excellent wear resistance as well as good toughness and bonding strength. However, attention must be paid to the protection against galvanic corrosion when the coating is applied on 4130 steel and TC4 titanium alloy.
