摘要
[目的] 验证不同表面防锈工艺处理下伽玛刀设备的防锈性能,以指导伽玛刀设备的生产,提高产品质量。[方法] 采用中性盐雾(NSS)试验,对经过 4 种不同工艺处理的两类金属材料分组进行锈蚀反应,并对不同试样的锈蚀度进行分级评定,以验证其防锈性能。[结果] 两个试验组呈现的结果趋于一致,喷防锈剂的试片在经历 120 h NSS 试验后开始出现 1 级锈蚀,经历 240 h NSS 试验后缓慢出现 2 级锈蚀,防锈性能最显著;未作处理、涂防锈油和喷干式润滑剂的试片均在 NSS 试验后 3 h 内就已经开始发生 1 级锈蚀,8 h 后锈蚀达到 5 级,防锈性能较差。[结论] 采用多功能防锈剂替代防锈油对金属外露表面进行防锈处理,可大大提高伽玛刀设备的防锈性能,延缓设备锈蚀发生,延长设备维护周期,改善用户医院的使用体验,值得伽玛刀设备生产厂家推广应用。
Abstract
[Objective] To validate the antirust performance of gamma knife equipment treated by different surface antirust processes, so as to guide the production and improve product quality. [Method] Neutral salt spray (NSS) tests were conducted on two types of metal specimens subjected to four different surface treatment processes. The degree of rusting on the specimens was evaluated and graded to verify their antirust performance. [Result] The results of the two test groups were consistent. The specimens treated with antirust spray began to exhibit grade 1 rust after 120 hours of NSS testing, and slowly developed grade 2 rust after 240 hours, showing the most significant antirust performance. The untreated specimens, those treated with antirust oil, and those treated with dry lubricant spray all began to demonstrate grade 1 rust within 3 hours of NSS testing, and reached grade 5 rust after 8 hours, indicating poor antirust performance. [Conclusion] Using multi-functional antirust spray instead of antirust oil for the treatment of exposed metal surfaces can greatly improve the antirust performance of gamma knife equipment, delay the onset of corrosion, and extend the maintenance interval, and enhance the user experience for hospital customers. This approach is worthy of promotion and application by gamma knife equipment manufacturers.
