铁路螺旋道钉的锌铝涂料防腐工艺及应用
Zinc−aluminum coating for anticorrosion of railway screw spikes: technology and implementation
[目的]铁路扣件螺旋道钉在户外潮湿、多介质环境中面临的防腐蚀难题亟待解决。[方法]以 S2 螺旋道钉为研究对象,选取 4 种市售锌铝涂料,采用离心浸甩设备制备涂层。通过涂层外观、附着力、厚度、耐盐雾等性能测试,筛选出合适的涂料。在此基础上,测试了涂覆工艺参数(包括甩干转速和固化温度)对 S2 螺旋道钉涂层综合性能的影响,并通过小批试制和量产跟踪,验证优化方案的实用性。[结果]油性底涂 ST110 +油性面涂 TOP502SHC 的综合性能最优,在确定的最佳涂覆工艺条件下,涂层厚度为 10 ~ 30 μm,附着力 1 级,耐中性盐雾时间达到 480 h 以上。[结论]该锌铝涂层涂装工艺满足了行业标准的要求,为铁路螺旋道钉防腐提供了技术支撑。
[Objective] The corrosion protection problems of screw spikes for railway fasteners in outdoor humid and multi-medium environments urgently need to be addressed. [Method] Using S2 screw spikes as the research object, four commercially available zinc−aluminum coatings were selected and applied using a centrifugal dip-spin device. The appropriate coating was screened based on performance tests including coating appearance, adhesion, thickness, and salt spray resistance. On this basis, the effects of coating process parameters (including spin-drying speed and curing temperature) on the overall performance of S2 screw spike coatings were tested, and the practicality of the optimized scheme was verified through small-batch trial production and mass production tracking. [Result] The combination of oil-based primer ST110 and oil-based topcoat TOP502SHC exhibited the best overall performance. Under the determined best coating process conditions, the coating thickness was 10-30 μm, adhesion reached Grade 1, and the neutral salt spray resistance exceeded 480 hours. [Conclusion] This zinc−aluminum coating process meets requirements of industry standards and provides technical support for the corrosion protection of railway screw spikes.
