摘要

[目的]面漆准备作为车身进入喷漆室前的最后一道工序,其打磨修复状态对漆后车身质量起到至关重要的作用。[方法]应用质量问题分析工具 MRS 对面漆准备生产情况进行分析,发现 PVC(密封胶)胶泡、装焊胶残胶和电泳流痕是造成面漆准备质量停线的主要原因。[结果]通过向装焊车间进行问题反馈及优化,修复 PVC 胶泡产生的质量停线时间由 71 min/d 缩短至31 min/d,打磨装焊胶产生的质量停线时间由 46 min/d 降低至 17 min/d,打磨电泳流痕产生的质量停线时间由 16 min/d 降低至 9 min/d。[结论]面漆空线和密封胶堵线状况得到显著改善,最大限度地确保了全年产量及质量目标的成功完成。

Abstract

[Objective] As the final process before the car body enters the spray booth, the polishing and repairing status of topcoat preparation plays an important role to the coating quality of the finished body. [Method] The quality analysis tool MRS was applied to analyze the production status of topcoat preparation line, revealing that PVC sealant bubbles, body shop adhesive residue from the welding shop, and electrophoresis flow mark were found to be the main causes of quality-related line stoppages. [Result] Through feedback and optimization with the welding shop, the quality stop time caused by repairing PVC sealant bubbles was decreased from 71 min per day to 31 min per day, that caused by polishing body shop adhesive residue from 46 min per day to 17 min per day, and that caused by polishing electrophoresis flow mark from 16 min per day to 9 min per day. [Conclusion] The conditions of topcoat line idling and PVC sealant line blockage were significantly improved, ensuring the successful achievement of annual production volume and quality targets to the greatest extent.
