中药汤剂自组装技术的研究进展
Research progress in self-assembly technology of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions
目的 通过对近年来中药汤剂自组装技术的研究进展进行系统综述,为今后课题研究提供参考。 方法 在中国知网、万方、PubMed、SCI-HUB等数据库中搜索相关文献并进行总结。 结果 中药汤剂中多种活性成分在煎煮过程中可通过多种非共价键结合发生自组装行为,提高了中药汤剂的生物利用度和溶解性,降低了毒性和不良反应。其研究热点集中在抗菌、抗肿瘤、增溶、减毒等方面。 结论 通过综述明确了中药汤剂自组装的表征方法、形成机制及研究价值。
Objective To provide a systematic review of the research progress in self-assembly technology of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions in recent years, and provide references for further realated researches. Methods Relevant literatures in databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, and SCI-HUB were searched and reviewed. Results Self-assembly reactions occurr between various active ingredients during the boiling process via non-covalent bond. The self-assembly reactions can improve the bioavailability and solubility of the active ingredients, while reduce the toxicity. More researches were focused on antibacterial, anti-tumor, solubilization, and detoxification according to the self-assembly reactions. Conclusion The certain characterization method, formation mechanism, and research value of self-assembly of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions were clarified through the review.
