基于CiteSpace的国内外医学教育混合式教学研究对比分析

基于CiteSpace的国内外医学教育混合式教学研究对比分析
Comparative analysis of domestic and international blended teaching research in medical education based on CiteSpace
基于CiteSpace知识图谱探讨国内外医学教育混合式教学研究现状、热点及发展趋势,并进行对比分析,为该领域未来研究思路和方向提供参考。以Web of Science核心合集、中国知网和万方数据库作为数据来源,运用CiteSpace软件对国内外2004—2023年所发表的医学教育混合式教学相关文献进行文献计量学分析。该研究最终纳入中文文献863篇,英文文献677篇。研究发现,近二十年来国内外医学教育混合式教学研究的年发文量均总体呈上升趋势,国内年发文量从2015年开始攀升。近二十年该领域的研究热点和前沿主要包括混合式教学在医学教育方面的应用以及多样化教学方法,国内研究侧重于混合式教学方法的多样化,而国外研究侧重于对学生不同方面能力的提升。通过期刊双图叠加分析显示,混合式教学研究在医学教育不同学科领域有交叉趋势。构建和优化多元互融的混合式教学模式,加强交流合作,注意教学方法多样化和学生能力提升并重,深化混合式教学的内涵与外延发展,是推动中国医学教育教学创新改革的未来发展方向。
This research is conducted to explore domestic and international current status, hotspots, and development trends of blended teaching research in medical education, make a comparative analysis based on CiteSpace knowledge map, and provide reference for ideas and directions for future research in this field. Taking Web of Science Core database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang database as the data sources, this research applied CiteSpace software to conduct bibliometrics analysis of literature related to blended teaching in medical education published from 2004 to 2023. A total of 863 Chinese literature and 677 English literature were included in this study. The results showed that, both the annual numbers of domestic and international publications on blended teaching in medical education have presented a general upward trend in the last 20 years. The annual number of publications in this field in China has been climbing since 2015. The research hotspots and frontiers in this field in the last 20 years mainly include the application of blended teaching in medical education and diversified teaching methods. Domestic research focused on the diversification of blended teaching methods, while international research focused on the improvement of students’ abilities in different aspects. The dual-map overlays of journals showed that blended teaching research had a cross-trend in different disciplines of medical education. To construct and optimize blended teaching mode, strengthen exchange and cooperation, pay equal attention to the diversification of teaching methods and the improvement of student’ abilities, and deepen the connotation and extension of blended teaching are the future development directions to promote the innovation and reform of medical education in China.
